Man Who Sold The World 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2007 So, I just got done running a job for an Untitled Farrelly Brothers movie, and low and behold, the lead star is Ben Stiller. It's completed, barring the credits, and a few insert reels, but my question is, does anybody know about this movie? Is this going to be one of those summer sneak-on-you movies, or a toss away? I caught it towards the end and it didn't seem too bad. It has a marriage theme and his father is also in it. I find it funny that this movie is practically done, with no promotion or name. While on his honeymoon and in the process of discovering that his new bride is a nightmare, he meets the girl of his dreams. With Ben Stiller and Michelle Monaghan and yes Jerry Stiller is in it also. I've heard some great things about it from people I know who have been able to check it out so far. In fact, it seems a lot like 'Norbit' (which I haven't seen by the way, only the horrid trailers). Married guy falls for another girl, married girl turns out to be all bitchy-mean-weird-jealous. Boner Kawanger 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2007 How much longer can rapidly graying Ben Stiller play a lovable loser bachelor? I noticed in a TV spot I saw they had to go out of their way for him to say that he "could NEVER" handle how permanent marriage is to his bald (and younger looking) friend Rob Corddry. He looks to be nearly 50. And Bob's right about Amy Poehler and JASON Bateman (c'mon Bob, he hosted SNL, what more do you need?).
