Cena has the crowd chanting. This is going over very well.

He's not over. He wins all the time and gets boo'd. What are you talking about?

Dude, kids and women like the guy. In fact they like him a lot. Sure it is also a fact that there are more smarks than there used to be but the guy is over. Even when he is being a total tard.

He was being a smartass basically mocking those of us that don't like Cena and bitch about him.

Regal makes a good authority figure.

This could be a good way to slowly put him back into peoples minds before giving him a wrestling push. The slow burn is almost always the way to go. If that is what they are doing.

Perhaps, but with Cena there seems to be more than one truth about how over he is. Hawk is right on in that promo he cut wasn't very good and he deserves to get shit for it. But let's face it, some people like that... even if it's crap.

I actually like the "beat the clock" concept, but they need to switch it up and actually have one of the contestants lose once in a while...

I think that they did that once during the qualifying for the Elimination Chamber one year.

I'm sure one Beat The Clock challenges had that happen.

Agreed. Lashley could afford a good screw-job as long as he keeps harping on never having lost the ECW belt.

I'm just sick of him.......I always thought long reigning champions were generally suppose to be the heel being chased by the face.

for the record, I called Jeff vs. Orton before it started.

Rest of my picks:

Booker vs. Sandman

Lashley vs. Carlito

Kennedy vs. Paul London (yeah, I know it makes no sense)

It also might have upped some tension if Regal has mentioned that they also have to WIN their matches as well. Maybe add something with hardy about how he and Orton have wrestled a couple of times and Hardy was hungry to finally beat him. Alas.

This format doesn't fit well for old Resthold Randy.

Nah. Before Yokozuna it was extremely rare. The Monday Night Wars brought us frequent title changes, which we're only now getting away from. I'd rather see long championship reigns, since it makes the title seem more important.

I think winning goes unsaid.

Whoever decided how to plan out this match wanted to make Orton look like a moron....

Alright.

Jeff for Orton.

Agreed. Sure, we've seen bad examples recently but we've seen great long term reigns as well. I wouldn't place Cena in either group.

yeah, but there are points to be scored for being thorough. Plus, it would amount to more if somebody lost, I'd think.
