The Electrifyer Posted October 9, 2007 Report Posted October 9, 2007 I've got DivX and Xvid, but some videos I play have still just have audio and no video. I know there's probably 100 codecs out there, but how do I know which one is the one I need for the video to play?
Karc Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 VLC player plays just about anything. Get that. Real Alternative will play everything else.
AntiLeaf33 Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 Get VLC, it may not be as flashy as some of the other media players, but it plays practically everything without a hitch
The Electrifyer Posted October 17, 2007 Author Report Posted October 17, 2007 Actually, VLC did not play this movie, but I searched around and got this Combined Community Codec Pack: http://cccp-project.net/ that amazingly works. Highly recommended.
