MrRant Posted October 11, 2007 Report Posted October 11, 2007 Only rule is that the music you choose must have been published/out the same year or before the movie. So no taking a 50 Cent song and putting it in Some Like It Hot. Though I love One Vision in Iron Eagle during the fight against the EVIL~! Arabs, I'd think it would be interesting to rescore it with Stan Bush's Dare.
Ravenbomb Posted October 12, 2007 Report Posted October 12, 2007 Since I hate Phillip Glass, but I loved the visuals, I'd really love a re-scored Koyanisqaatsi. Geinoh Yamashirogumi was around back then, I'd like to see what they'd do with it, or maybe John Cage.
Nighthawk Posted October 12, 2007 Report Posted October 12, 2007 Well, for TV, I always liked the ending to the first episode of the Shield, but set to Kid Rock? That's stupid. It would be better set to... something by Motley Crue or Motorhead. Or "Welcome to the Jungle". That'd be appropriate. I think the part in Total Recall where their eyes burst out of their heads on the surface of Mars would be pretty funny set to "Rocket Man".

I always thought that Kid Rock song fit it pretty well, but you're right 'Welcome to the Jungle' would have been way way better.

2GOLD Posted October 12, 2007 Report Posted October 12, 2007 When the water is rushing into the hallways in Titanic...Crazy Train. When the boat is going down and the band starts playing...Highway to Hell.
Karnage Posted October 12, 2007 Report Posted October 12, 2007 The NBA on NBC theme...for well just about everything.
Darthtiki Posted October 13, 2007 Report Posted October 13, 2007 That theme was great, the only time John Tesh can not be considered a newagey douchebag
Richard Posted October 13, 2007 Report Posted October 13, 2007 Can I fix all the scenes where for some reason they can't use the original song in reruns/DVD forcing them to dub in generic shit? Cause it usuallys ruins the whole scene.
