I'm glad that Kynt and Vyxsin were saved, I think they just had an off-day but next weeks preview looks like they undertake the "By whatever means necessary" approach to winning which I'm down with. Out of the teams that are left I'm rooting for The Goths and TK and Rachel. The old man and the kid I'm indifferent to, Christina is boring and Ron is an asshole and Nate and Jen were pretty much made for each other. I love how Jen talks about how she's not sure where they'll be when they're done the race when I totally see them as a "Guy knocks girl up, marriage follows and the trap is set" kind of relationships.

I'm SHOCKED the flag routine didn't devolve into Nate & Jen yelling at each other. Jen was actually quite supportive of Nate, especially coming after her completely flipping out last episode.

 

Ron's funny. Not the good funny, though. He admits he needs to work on his relationship w/ Christina, then starts back in with the bitching when they couldn't find the numbers at the Roadblock. And he looks to be even worse next week.

 

I'm pretty surprised Don/Nick are still in it. This team was tailor-made to go out early.

Don and Nick are pretty much this seasons "Haven't fucked up badly enough to get hurt by it", in that for every error they've made another team has made it worse. I don't know if they're competitive enough to keep up with The Goths or Nate and Jen in terms of workrate though.

I was disappointed that Nate and Jen stayed in it, but the Goths deserved the boot for sheer stupidity at the U-Turn.

Man, that Kynt - what a dumbass. I mean, they saw Nate/Jen at the task they were doing, so they know they were pretty close. If you're going to roll the dice and pick a team, why not go w/ the more sure thing w/ Nate/Jen? Plus, you'd think Nate/Jen would've U-Turned Kynt/Vyxsin had they passed through already, so not seeing their own pictures up there should've clued them in to being ahead of Nate/Jen.

 

Just...wow.

Oh man did Jen ever piss me off this episode with her "I cannot take this right now" attitude towards Rachel and TK pulling through. That, coupled with it being her birthday had me pissing myself laughing at the end.

 

Nate has that pussy on lock though. After shit-talking the girl on her b-day he busts out the crybaby act to slay that poon in the end.

I hated the Hippies. Them being in the final alone ruined it for me, to say nothing of them winning the damn thing.

No, just seasons 1 and 7 (the Romber season). I haven't heard any plans to put more seasons out.

AWESOME. I was rooting for TK/Rachel or Nick/Don, so I'm happy TK/Rachel won. I couple that didn't fight - an Amazing Race 1st?

 

Also, I was certain that the clue that popped up was going to say "run to the finish line", so I was getting a little concerned that they still had some racing to do.
