I mean, it's just kind of formulaic. There are random phrase generators for this sort of thing. The people you're asking are probably using them anyway. I'm just getting some real diminishing returns from lists of strange or disgusting word permutations. I figured that list of spam emails I posted with "Whacking Cock Dick" would be like the be-all-end-all of these things, take the tired concept out in a blaze of glory.
