MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted April 1, 2008 (edited) I didnt want to post in here, but since I cant do anything besides post in here and im hankering to post after the greatness that was RAW I'll just say that this was quite possibly the best two nights of wrestling since WM x-7 and the RAW afterwards. Even RAW had like 3 good matches plus the Ric Flair stuff which was beyond awesome though a I think it would have been fun if they could have dug up a few more people (I was hoping for Lex Luger..). My biggest complaint was that WM ended up costing me 71 bucks with tax..but it was rather worth it actually as the HD feed was awesome. I do appreciate the efforts being made in the WWE forum to drum up conversation. And quashing the silly "threads that don't warrant a comment" crap. But, it's very early. It will be difficult to remain persistent with it. And not give up, or give off that HTQ/nikjohns attitude. I also like that we've expanded the forums list. The previous gaggle of subforums just cluttered things. 2. What have we done that you wish we hadn't? 20 people in power from the Maff clique... I like most of you guys, and think many of you are acceptable being moderators since you've been here longest. But, TSM has a long standing history of being clique-based, and basically nothing but inside jokes. And this really exacerbates that problem. Also, doing stuff like putting Jerk in the Gulag. Yeah, you guys think it's funny, but not everyone agrees. Especially when the other party cannot do anything in return. Be careful on that stuff. We've seen that by losing a quality poster like Megan. Also, I think the Gulag is a bad idea in its current state. I do appreciate having my own vanity folder, but I'm a unique situation. But, for others, I'm lost on its purpose. If one is banned, then they shouldn't post again. If one is put there for being a "bad poster", then we have a problem, and the clique stuff rears its ugly head again. However, I'm sure we disagree on the reasons why one should be banned. I generally agree with The Pit's banning policy. 3. Is there anything you'd like us to do? Remove a few of the mods. We don't need this many. The obvious removal is Keiper. He's basically the Sports forum version of HTQ. And I know I'm not the only one who thinks this way, so pull the trigger. I suggest adding a newbie forum, or a similar idea that niskie had. It's really needed for a place like this. 4. Would you invite people here to expand the community? Ha! No. Most of my friends are female. I wouldn't even send bitches I hate here. The best hope is to try getting more wrestling fans, and being open to more "markish" fans. But, I don't think the majority here want that... 5. Are you optimistic that we're not going to be fucking terrible at this? I don't think it matters, to be honest. And I don't think you guys would abuse your power and be Master Of The Universe like I would do. We hate on Mole, but he didn't really do much, and the board slowly died.
