dr.zoidberg wants to turn the sjpw cruiserweight title into an OAOAST title. he suggested Intercontinental or International which we done already did! I know we tried to clean up the title mess last year, but the belt is already there, no matter what the name. What say you to his call, citizens? Or, citizen, I really need only one person to say yes. I have a hard time telling ppl no.

OAOAST Television Championship? We've reused the United States Championship name, might as well do it again.

 

We did try to limit the number of titles, but even then, Colombian Heat hasn't defended the United States Championship since AngleMania VII. BUT...that's mostly because I'm late with PRL's stuff as it is. I can't imagine writing for another character right now.

 

I say, if Dr. Zoidberg can defend his title regulary, we should go ahead and add the belt to the OAOAST.

Naming Josie GM wasn't enough?

 

Is the title just for cruiserweights or does he want to expand it beyond? With his proposed name changes I assume the latter. But man, I'll be honest... I'm not too hot on the idea. We'd have a bunch of singles titles but not enough characters IMO. Look at the US title. It's supposed to be the #2 title in the fed but you wouldn't know it. Last thing we need is another situation like that. Maybe if there was a merger between it and the title Zoidberg wants to use.

 

Edit: Given EWC comments, maybe that is the way to go.

I've been wanting Heat to lose the U.S. Title since January, honestly. I've just never got around to doing it because, like I said, I'm always late with Tha Puerto Rican's stuff. But he was only supposed to hold it until the beginning of the new year, then drop it to someone else.

 

Luckily, I just so happen to have a person in mind to drop the Title to, so maybe hold off on merging the Titles for a short while.

eeee sketch. so are we green lighting dudes idea? I dunno if its gonna be a cruiserweight belt or not, like 149 said with that name change who knows. I could just ask. I'm pretty sure he can defend it on the regular for now, its at least involved in angle. I definitley understand what's being said about too many titles and I agree but like I said, its just gonna hang around as an SJPW belt if we say no. So its basically only a name change.

As EWC said, if Zoidberg can defend the title regularly, which he's done so far, we might as well approve his request. If the title fizzles then we could put it on the Alien dude from a few weeks ago and have it feud with Mister Warrior or some whacky shit.
