I said got dayum brothers its another very loaded show, with lots and lots of development and angles. Maybe we do experience a summer surge. AS should be flames at this rate.

Another jam packed show this week. The OAOAST is clicking on all cylinders right now.

 

Malaysia dominated poor Kelly. Very impressive squash. Didn’t get the Max Mosley reference, but figured it probably had something to do with a dominatrix since Malaysia was involved in the match, which a Google search proved correctly.

 

More goodness from the Duncan girls. Their segments are better than most stuff on TV.

MITB matches: Both were really good, especially Bo vs. Alf.

 

The Zack/Theodore segment was grade A stuff. I marked out over it.

 

Never got to say this last time, but I dig The Love Shack logo. One word describes this week‘s LS: awesome. It started lighthearted and got serious as it went on. Loved the part where Leon admits he doesn’t have the IC catchphrase memorized yet and the bit about the cat screensaver from Cole.

 

One win and Cooper’s starting to get a big head. But man did he ever receive a reality check in his match against Nathanial Black. Then you had the post-match stuff with James Cone.

 

All kinds of things going down in Alf’s interview. Maddix wants Bo out, Alf takes exception to being viewed by Maddix as the easier of his next possible opponents in the MITB, and then Alf talking smack about Bo only to come face to face with the Metrosexual Monster.

 

You gotta love a company that makes so much money we can afford to destroy a plasma TV. But it showed even heels have feelings.

 

Triple Threat Match: Heck of a match with Reject going nuts at the end.

 

The Maguires/Sophie segment was something. Damn. It wasn’t good to be a woman on the roster this week.

 

MOTN: Alfdogg vs. Bohemoth

 

QOTS: “The whole point of the contract is you can use it when it's most convenient for you. Big squash for Malaysia, tuning her up for AngleSlam against Jade.

 

Speaking of Jade, she seems worried, and rightly so. Maybe Krista will have her ready by the time the big match comes.

 

Really nice match with Landon and Heat. Nice heel work from Landon.

 

And the tension between stables continues. Great segment with Zack and the Enterprise.

 

The Love Shack was tremendous. Built up the Leon/Krista matchup nicely.

 

Black/Cooper: Now that, as Tony said, is what we call a reality check, folks. The postmatch stuff with Cone and Sommers was good, as well. Can't wait to see who Cone has in mind as an opponent net week.

 

KC did a nice job finishing out the Alf segment.

 

Good effort by MEL, but Mr. Dick is on a roll right now. But Baron really does a number on him after the match.

 

Great segment with the Maguires and Sophie. Imagining the voice of Jack using these quotes really adds to it, as well.

 

MOTN: Landon vs Heat

You've completely disrupted her life, just as much as Moneymaker did. You fly her out to Los Angeles away from her family. You move her in with her new sister, who torments her for months. You throw her into a celebrity world she's got no business in, totally unprepared. And you know the worst thing? All the while, you systematically mock her. Just like you do to everybody else in the OAOAST and no doubt in your other life. You MOCK your own daughter, not out of spite or disdain, but because you can't help yourself! You mock her for being shy and quaint. You mock the fact she grew up in the relative quiet of Grand Rapids. You mock her for being NORMAL! The result being, her self-confidence is shot. She doesn't know who she is anymore, all because of you. I see her going out and getting destroyed by Malaysia trying to be Women's Champion, all to live up to the Duncan standards of success. You put her out there with words of praise and encouragement, but then you sit back and watch her fail at something you know that deep down she's not ready for. Modelling? Auditions to be an actress? Same thing. And now? She can be the mouthpiece for two grown men, but everytime I look at my TV screen and see her next to you she's stumbling over her words, uhming and ahhing, totally berefit of the confidence she's built up since coming here. Face it Krista, what Jade needed was a stable home, not a Hollywood Mom... and right now, you're failing her, just like you failed her at birth! - Leon Rodez
