Well, at least I lost to the eventual champion. Crazy, crazy run.

Finishing 9-0 at home is pretty damn impressive. And Hakeem contained Chamberlain more or less while Payton abused Frazier defensively. The old saying is true, defense wins. Even online.

I have no idea how that happened. Frazier was a terrific defender himself, I don't know how Payton got loose on him.

Obviously I am happy that my team won, and I think we should try to do this after each season during the playoffs. Then maybe we can pick the actual year, since thats how Whatif? does it.

 

Thanks for the love for my team, and for those who thought my team was weak, what didn't you like? I mean that from a perspective of trying to spark debate, not smugness.

For me, it was the relative lack of offensive firepower, and how much I thought you would work out with the coaching philosophy you wrote up. At least that's what I think I remember.
