Coming from a self-admitted oldschool ECW fan, this sounds amazing. Did anyone go to show here?

 

1.) Jerry Lynn defeats Kenny King with a Piledriver. Crowd was hot for Jerry Lynn. - "A Good Fun Opener"

 

2.) NWA World Heavyweight Championship: Adam Pearce defeats Brent Albright to once again become the NEW NWA World Heavyweight Champion. Pearce put Albright in the Crowbar to get the victory. Albright had his arm taped up, his injury is legit.

 

Post-match - Pearce and Hagadorn kissed each other.

 

3.) FIP Championship: Go Shiozaki defeats Kevin Steen with two Go Flashers.

 

Post-match Nigel attacks Steen. Cuts his "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA FUCK YOU I'M THE BEST" promo. He wants the tag belts.

 

4.) GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship: Bryan Danielson defeats Katsuhiko Nakajima with the Cattle Mutilation. Crowd didn't buy Nakajimas finisher (German).

 

!~~~INTERMISSION~~~!

 

5) Erick Stevens defeated Rhett "Addicted to Love" Titus with a Doctor Bomb. "Disgusting Shit."

 

Post Match Sweeney and SNS Inc. come out. Sweeney offers Erick Stevens a contract to join the crew. Stevens declines, so SNS beat him down and kneedrop him on a chair.

 

6.) Sweet & Sour Inc. defeat Roderick Strong & The Vulture Squad. Hero wins with a LOADED ELBOW. "CRAZY!" - RODERICK STRONG WAS SPORTING A MOHAWK.

 

7.) Non Title: Kensuke Sasaki defeats Claudio Castagnoli with a Northern Lights Bomb. PHILLY DON'T KNOW PURO GUYS apparently.

 

8.) ROH World Championship: Nigel McGuinness defeats El Generico with a jacknife roll up right when Generico was going for the Top Rope BRAINBUSTAHHHHHHHHH. The crowd was pretty dead/worn out but it was a great match and everyone thought Generico had Nigel beat.

 

9) Steel Cage Warfare: Austin Aries & The Briscoes defeated Age of The Fall & The Necro Butcher

 

Austin Aries & Tyler Black begin.

 

~3rd entrant: Jimmy Jacobs

~4th entrant: Necro Butcher

~Aries has been busted open.

~5th entrant: Jay Briscoe

~6th entrant: Delirious

~Jimmy Jacobs is busted open.

~7th and final entrant: Mark Briscoe

 

Necro Butcher is eliminated by Aries & Jacobs after a crapload of chairshots to the head.

 

~Mark Briscoe has brought in a barbed wire table!

 

Austin Aries was eliminated second after being REPEATEDLY SPIKED~! and put through The End Times.

 

Delirious SPIKED DAIZEE HAZE! ON PURPOSE!

 

Delirious was eliminated by Doomsday Device

 

The barbed wire table spot was Tyler doing a running powerbomb through the set up table in the corner to one of the Briscoes.

 

Tyler Black & Jimmy Jacobs were eliminated at the same time after Jay and Mark give them the J Driller and Cut Throat Driver.

 

Jimmy & Tyler teased a break up but nothing became of it. BFFs FOR LIFE!

It does look like a really good show but it wasn't the ROH debut at ECW/New Alhambra Arena. They did a show there in '06 called Arena Warfare.

It was a solid show, good, not great.

 

I don't like that the ECW Arena is going to be their new Philly home. Compared to the National Guard Armory, it's an awful venue

Davey Richards turned on Strong after the blow-off match with Erick Stevens, joined SnS Inc., went to Japan, and Romero has been missing for the last few months.

Someone should tell the Observer site about this then, since the headline was that they debuted there.
