CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted December 23, 2008 Here's what I'm pretty sure I know about the playoff picture: Pittsburgh, Denver, Philadelphia and Atlanta all have clinched first-round byes. Seattle can win the NFC West with a win and a San Francisco loss. Any other result gives the division to San Francisco. New England can clinch the AFC East with a win. NY Jets can clinch with a win and a New England loss. Buffalo can clinch with a win and a NY Jets loss. Baltimore, Carolina and Washington can clinch a wild card with a win. NY Jets need a win and losses by two of Baltimore, Jacksonville and Kansas City to clinch a wild card if they do not win the AFC East. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
