Giuseppe Zangara 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2008 Do you take vitamins? I recently started a daily-vitamin regimen, marking the first time I've done so since I was popping Flintstones chewables all those years ago. I'm taking this particular multivitamin you can get from Target. One tablet has, among other things, 150% of the suggested daily value of vitamin C. I like to pretend that this makes me stand tall above the slain bodies of colds and scurvy, my own body sweating, bleeding, and pissing bright, orange-colored fluid. Lord of The Curry 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2008 I take D once a day on the advice of a customer who said that it helped them with their SAD when the winter months come. I'm not officially diagnosed but I'm sure were I to take the time I'd find I have it. I haven't noticed a big chance in my moods one way or the other, nor have I actually taken the time to research whether this is helping me at all.
Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted December 30, 2008 Yes, usually a men's multi-vitamin and an extra dose of vitamin C.

PILLS! PILLS! PILLS! 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2008 Vitamin C is pretty easy to come by. Eat a few strawberries and a half a glass of orange juice and that's pretty much it.

Copper Feel 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2008 Does your vitamin (Inc's) have any unrelated side-effects?
Giuseppe Zangara 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2008 I would say sweating, bleeding, and pissing bright, orange-colored fluid is entirely related.
Guest Czecherbear Report post Posted December 30, 2008 I take a multivitamin every day. The effect on my daily life has been negligible.
PUT THAT DICK IN MY MOUTH! 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2008 I would say sweating, bleeding, and pissing bright, orange-colored fluid is entirely related. I take those exact same Target-brand vitamins and I've never experienced any of this. You might want to consult your physician, bro.

Kinetic 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2008 I take a multivitamin every day. The effect on my daily life has been negligible. Ditto on both counts. I want to say that the multivitamins made me feel better during my lengthy shifts at the gas station, but I could just as easily credit the gallons of Powerade I was drinking daily at the time. Giuseppe Zangara 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2008 I've noticed a decrease in the lethargy I had been lately feeling, but I don't know that I can credit the vitamins. Maybe I was just going through a phase. Still, there's 100 tablets in this bottle, so I'm taking one every day and probably buying more when I run out. Where else am I going to get 300% of my daily value of B12 before I leave the house each morning.
