  1. I like my black holes to be slow and plodding.
  2. You must be the last person who even cares about the so-called brand split at this point. The multi-branded tag team match with Miz/Morrison vs. Misterio/Sydal was the highest rated segment on RAW this week.
  3. Yesterday, on Jeopardy, there was an entire category dedicated to Freaks and Geeks. All of the questions were about the post-show pursuits of the cast and crew. I went 5 for 5.
  4. I was excited about it too, but it was clear, early on, that Vince couldn't compete. The best luchadors, with few exceptions, had already jumped to Promo Azteca. WWF could never offer them what WCW did. The writing was on the wall before the belt was around anybody's waist.
  5. None of those guys were around for TAKA's reign. And Vince was never really behind the Light Heavyweight Division anyways. I'm amazed that the belt was around until 2001. And that they kept the Cruiserweight Championship until last year. Actually, I'm pretty sure all of those guys came in for atleast 1 or 2 matches (more in the case of Sasuke) when they were re-establishing the Light Heavyweight title in early-mid 1997. The operative words were TAKA's reign. He had zero realistic challengers, which is why the division failed early on.
  6. Damn. Both of those guys were towards the top of my want list.
  7. Is that a UCB reference?

  9. Indian girl commits suicide over 'Big Bang' fear
  10. That's interesting. Everything except for my original name is listed.
  11. Ha! I actually have the issue of Vice Magazine with those pictures.
  12. I cannot stand it when my coworkers freely break the rules for our patrons, which, in turn, somehow makes me the bad guy whenever I do my job and stand firm.
  13. For my next selection: Willem Dafoe I love Dafoe because he can play a great antagonist as well as a great protagonist.
  14. I like this Jack Swagger cat. I see in him what I saw in Ken Kennedy when he first popped up on Velocity. I mean the "it" factor, not the "fucking it up for yourself at every turn" thing.
  15. Awesome, it's Josh Daniels!
  16. If that is the southeastern Indianapolis area, then yes.
  17. Joey Matthews and Christian York are rumored to be returning at the end of the year. I really hope that it's true.
  18. You know, I would like to see a SmackDown six-type revival: Matt Sydal Rey Misterio John Morrison The Miz Which other two could we throw in there?
  19. "Matt, if you eeeeeeeevahh, put yo hands on me..." Atlas is great.
  20. They have an annual event called Halloween Havoc? That's awesome.
  21. A couple more things that are important to note: - It was orginally advertised as a Starrcade rematch between Nash and Goldberg, but they ran some stupid angle where Goldberg was taken into police custody after Elizabeth accused him of stalking her. Goldberg was released when it was revealed that Liz was lying, but only in time to run into the Georgia Dome after the fingerpoke went down to get beaten up by the nWo in front of his home town. - This aired opposite of the pre-taped RAW where Foley won his first WWF Championship. Eric Bischoff instructed Tony Schiavone to spoil the results, which included telling the audience that Mankind was going over. This backfired, as a ton of people switched over to RAW to watch the big upset. The fingerpoke did occur in an unopposed overrun, after 11:00, and did pull a strong quarterly rating. However, they managed to give the large viewing audience the exact opposite of what the WWF did that night - a shameful, more-of-the-same conclusion that helped to decimate the credibility of their top championship, and their main event scene, to a certain extent.
  22. Not to mention those that were flipping out when he was "drinking a beer at the RAW XV celebration," even though it was revealed to be a Pepsi shortly thereafter. So, yeah. Punk does drink Pepsi, a source of caffeine. So he's not completely drug free. There. I lose.
