Not sure if you're referring to me, but what I meant was why trade Hogan and just leave the feud unresolved like that? That basically killed their heat and left them with no real purpose on the show. And it's not like Hogan really did anything of note on Smackdown anyway.

Well they implied that Boss Man was behind it...hence his teased face turn.

I'm still wondering why the hell they sent Hogan to Smackdown in the middle of his feud with the nWo. Then they wonder why they lost all their heat.

Game and Zsasz occasionally rub me the wrong way, but not to the point where I'd hate them. I don't think I could hate anybody here based on personality.

I don't mind JR as much as some others do, but King drags him down. Aside from Cole calling every headscissors a "leg scissors" (which is really starting to bug me for some reason), the Smackdown team is great.

I don't know about that. When I mention Shawn to marks and casual fans that were around during his prime (specifically 95 and early to mid 96), they tend to remember his personality and on-screen character above anything else. One of my favorite things about HBK was his ability to get his character across to fans either through promos or ring work. As far as mic skills...I dunno. It really all depends on how you look at it. I'd give storytelling to Bret, but in terms of getting his character over and in entertainment value I'd give the edge to Shawn (keep in mind that I'm talking about pre-comeback Shawn...damn near all of the promos he's cut since returning have been weak). Bret's a lot better than people give him credit for, but to me his promos seem kind of generic when compared to Shawn. Shawn's got a distinct style that makes his personality shine through and stand out, and that's something you really can't say about Bret's mic work.

I agree that the Taker, HBK and HHH matches shouldn't be on there. If they're really that hard up for some WWF Flair performances, why not just throw the entire 92 Rumble match on there? Aside from being a Flair showcase, it's widely regarded as the best Rumble ever and isn't all that easy to find for those who don't frequent trading sites and such (I thank God for Kazaa though ). That'd be 10 times better than 90% of the matches he's had since his return.
