No, I'm saying if they would have played either one of those teams they would have gotten their doors blown off. You don't know that for sure. They were the only undefeated team and the Big XII was by no means down that year. They deserved it and you can't really say they'd lose to those teams b/c it didn't happen. Everyone though FSU was going to blow them away and they kicked the shit out of them. Same could happend against the other two teams. We don't know so you're saying it like it's a fact. Not a fact. Everyone likes to diminish any accomplishment OU makes......

If I talk about Jason White not playing well in big games, I'm not talking about last year against Kansas State or LSU. I'm talking about this year against Texas. Look at these numbers: 14-26 for 113 yards with 0 TDs and 2 INTs. Really, why should Cedric Benson be punished for a bad game against OU when Jason White had an even worse one on the same field. The only difference between the two was that White had Adrian Peterson to carry him while Benson had Vince Young who's about as likely to step up in a big game as Ashlee Simpson is to give a great live performance. Yet White pretty much kept them alive in the OSU game and WON the Texas A&M game......hmmm.........that's why he deserves it. Every other game he's been ON and he won OU's toughest game pretty much by throwing 5 TD's. And the A&M game was a day where AD had a bad day but White was there. Fact is that White deserves it out of the Top 4 if Smith is left out b/c his stats this year are amazing and he's just been better than Leinhart, Bush, and Peterson.

Not only that but OU's opponents combined record is tougher than USC and Auburn's. On top of that OU's SOS is considered to be the highest in the country. Mike saying OU is playing the easiest schedule is just flat making things up.
-
Well I live in Moore Oklahoma so I'm aware of that fact.......
-
OU is more than likely staying #1 in the computer rankings. The only thing that can knock them out is a loss or Auburn solidly becoming #2 and creating a HUGE gap in the polls between 2 and 3 which appears unlikely to happen.

Where's Dames? I'm sure he's been chased by something funny....
-
All this posturing over who's basketball team has the bigger dick.......all of you had better step back b/c the Mighty Sooners are gonna......what's that? Hold on my secretary is whispering something to me. What's that? They didn't make the tourney last year? Oh yeah.....this is a football school? Hmm...... I retract my previous statements......
-
But combine that with everything else they've done with the rest of the season and you have a case for why they deserve to be in the National Title game. And at this point it looks like they're(rightfully so) gonna play for that title.
-
And by this point OSU is OU's top rival b/c they're the only rival that can actually stand toe to toe with OU.
-
Did UW win a conference game all season? Auburn/Alabama isn't the most heated rivalry in the country. Michigan/OSU is.
-
Yet OU is given shit for playing close in there heated in-state blood rivalry against OSU......hmmm.......no there is no bias by Trev Alberts and the rest of those yahoos. No sir.
-
It's called SEC commentators cheering for the greater good of the conference and having a member of the conference potentially play for the national title. Well right now it's looking pretty slim for Auburn to get into this game if OU wins out. If that happens, the BCS is a useless joke. -=Mike Yeah whatever. You've already admitted to having a bias against OU AND read Ivan Maisel's article. He makes a very convincing argument for why EVERYONE should be in that game. And OU isn't the least deserving by any means based off the fact they played the toughest schedule of the 3 teams(yes they did they had tougher road games and there opponents combined record is the best).
-
If there was ONE likeable girl then it wouldn't be a problem. But they're all cocky bitches.
-
So everyone is still thinking that Miami will win the ACC? Nobody has faith in VT? Yeah me neither......
-
Boston College vs. Utah? Poor BC.......
-
It'll be Utah/OU in the Fiesta. No if OU maintains it's #1 computer ranking they won't pull ahead. I think the Orange Bowl is pretty much a lock now between OU/USC unless one of them loses just b/c OU's too far ahead and unless Auburn gets a huge lead in the human polls which the won't get they're remaining at #3 in the BCS. And Trev Alberts going on about how much character and BS it showed for Auburn to fight back on the road made me sick. He was all over OU's case for playing A&M close on the road when A&M is a better team than Alabama and it's a tougher place to play! There is such an obvious bias from Alberts it is not even funny. Anyways who plays in the Fiesta bowl against Utah since OU is going to the Orange?
-
I love Utah. I hope they go to the Fiesta bowl and whoop up on......on.....who the hell is going to the Fiesta Bowl when OU goes to the Orange Bowl?

I knew that Michigan would still go to The Rose Bowl just b/c I figured Iowa was better than Wisconsin.
-
I think Aimee's boobs are better. And Eliza's overall alien appearance doesn't help.
-
These announcers are enough to make me sick. They sound like they're going to jump out of their seats and celebrate everytime Auburn scores. And they sounded like someone had killed there dogs during the first half when Alabama was dominating.
-
Oh what do I care if Auburn wins? They probably still can't catch OU thanks to the computer rankings.
-
Oh dammit....Alabama has got to put together one hell of a 4th quarter to win this game. Hell just get it close!
-
Come on Roll Tide! Do something. If you can keep it close you can at least hurt them in the polls.
-
But not a better team than Texas, OSU, and A&M.
