Also they created a ton of Hornets fans by moving them here now they're expecting all those people to root for another team? In addition to what he said it's also like "Ok little guy. I know you bought a Hornets jersey and love Chris Paul but how about the Trailblazers? Here's a Rasheed Wallace jersey!" "But he hasn't played there in years!" "You'll take what you can get and like it!"

I suppose riding the bike around town is great exercise for fat burning as well. Before I lifted I rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes at a moderate level. It said I went 11 miles. So what is the best thing for cardio? I know losing weight and burning fat is good for better cardio and endurance but I've seen skinny guys and buff guys that can't run very long or do anything worth shit without getting tired.

The rest of the team has said privately they want to be in OKC. Ownership and coaching has said(privately again) that they want to be in OKC. New Orleans didn't support them before and I don't think the city will be rebuilt enough and ready to support them in 2 years either. I may have a bug up my ass but ESPN put it there with the way they bash on OKC and don't even really acknowledge that the team plays here and that we've done a good job. I can't remember which analyst it was but he called OKC a bunch of thieves.

Biggest Money Fights for the UFC???
Damaramu replied to Lt. Al Giardello's topic in Mixed Martial Arts
And Rich came into the UFC as LHW. I don't know why he'd want to go back up. Oh Franklin/Silva will happen. I already gayed for Franklin but after seeing Silva last night I gay for them both. The match will be better than sex. -
I gotta hear this story.

Which one is Marlon and which one is Shawn again?

Yeah I'm a fan of all Boston teams alright. That's why I don't watch Hockey and don't like the Patriots. Man liking those two Boston teams makes me a fan of all things Boston.
-
Not really. They lived in OKC. They played their home games in OKC. OKC was their home. Just because ESPN has some bug up their ass about it doesn't mean shit. Seriously ESPN and the fans of New Orleans are the only ones that have made a big deal about how OKC is evil and doesn't deserve the team and all this shit. The team, the owners, the NBA, everyone else has gone on about how great OKC is and Stern has promised that we're next in line for a team if they take the Hornets away. And from listening to the players and some of the stuff I've heard from inside the organization....they don't want to go anywhere! They want to stay put. But Stern is hell bent on doing some great community service thing and sending them back to NO. How can Stern force them to go back even if the owner wants them to stay? God dammit they'd better give us another NBA team if they steal ours away. I don't care who it is. Trailblazers, Sonics, Magic, Raptors....don't matter because I'll be going to see the Celtics when they play em'.

Yeah I only use the machines for my legs and back. I use free weights for everything else. I worked nothing but arms and chest yesterday(i had limited time and decided since i'd ridden my bike around town for an hour the day before that my legs were good) and today they're not sore but they feel heavy.

Who was it that really really hated Xenogears? Was it Andrew? Xenogears was fun and I loved the story. Xenosaga however I couldn't even get through the beginning. When I was 2 hours into the game and had not had one decent battle and the stories and cut scenes took up about 90% of my playing time I decided I didn't want to play it.

Ultimate Fighter Season 4 the thread...
Damaramu replied to Lt. Al Giardello's topic in Mixed Martial Arts
So when does this start? -
It really annoyed me how ESPN refused to call the Hornets the New Orleans/OKLAHOMA CITY Hornets. They just kept saying New Orleans when even David Stern was calling them the NO/OKC Hornets. From watching ESPN they just seem to absolutely hate the fact that the Hornets are in OKC. I find it funny though when Dana on Cold Pizza made a big deal to Chris Paul about how they had no home this season and he was like "Umm....OKC is our home....." and she was like "Yeah well it's not technically. So you were kind of on the road all season." and he was like "No I live in OKC. It's our home. The fans are our home fans."

It looked like the knee KO'd him not just hurt him. He didn't look very coherent after he went down. I'd never seen Silva before tonight. Now I gay for him.
-
Hey did you guys know Blade is on after this? News to me.
-
I like Stern's laughing and "ok" after discussing all the trades. So the Hornets get some size. I may have to go to some games next season. I didn't go to any this season.
-
Well I want the Celtics to do well in the draft but I want the hometown team to do good to.
-
I have to echo whoever said Aldridge would be aroudn at 4. Why trade up?
-
A local radio guy was talking about how the people in Oklahoma should pay attention to the Hornets draft(b/c we may end up keeping them) but we should also pay attention to the Trailblazers and Sonics draft because we may get one of them if the Hornets make the mistake of leaving. Hmmm......I'll just pay attention to the Celtics.

Back to Silva real quick. I'm watching the Franklin Unleashed and isn't Franklin big for a 185 pounder? And isn't Silva small? And Silva sucks on the ground? Why is he a challenger to Rich?
-
Damn Kos still doesn't make it onto the live telecast?
-
When did Leben become so good? Everyone is talking about how Silva is a world class fighter and a possible threat to Rich Franklin and now Leben may be able to handle him? Is Leben world class now?

MMA Comments that Don't Warrant a Thread
Damaramu replied to RavishingRickRudo's topic in Mixed Martial Arts
Well Dana used to be a boxer but I doubt he's up on his training. But boxing isn't Tito's strong suit but he is much bigger and stronger than White. Who knows? I think it's absurd if it happens though. -
I thought Diaz/Diego was the most watched live UFC fight before this.
-
It's tomorrow night. Does Leben have much of chance or will Silva knock his block off?

This "greatest player to ever wear that number" thing that ESPN is doing exemplifies the "what have you done for me lately?" mentality they have. They have Reggie Bush as the greatest to ever wear #5(against guys like McNabb, James, and LT), Leinart as the greatest to ever wear #11, and Vince Young as the greatest to ever wear #10. If this list was made 5 years from now they probably wouldn't have any of those guys as the greatest but they're all fresh in ESPN's dumb little heads.
