Irrational as it may seem... it is true. Yes I liked the JAWS, but only the part at the end where the fucker went exploding. It prolly has alot to do with my inability to bite them back.

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,166478,00.html OMGFAUXNEWSLOL2005BRB!!!! Robertson Calls for Chavez's Assassination Tuesday, August 23, 2005 VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Religious broadcaster Pat Robertson (search) has suggested that American agents assassinate Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez (search) to stop his country from becoming "a launching pad for communist infiltration and Muslim extremism." An official of a theological watchdog group on Tuesday criticized Robertson's statement as "chilling." "We have the ability to take him out, and I think the time has come that we exercise that ability," Robertson said Monday on the Christian Broadcast Network's "The 700 Club." "We don't need another $200 billion war to get rid of one, you know, strong-arm dictator," he continued. "It's a whole lot easier to have some of the covert operatives do the job and then get it over with." Chavez has emerged as one of the most outspoken critics of President Bush, accusing the United States of conspiring to topple his government and possibly backing plots to assassinate him. U.S. officials have called the accusations ridiculous. "You know, I don't know about this doctrine of assassination, but if he thinks we're trying to assassinate him, I think that we really ought to go ahead and do it," Robertson said. "It's a whole lot cheaper than starting a war ... and I don't think any oil shipments will stop." On Tuesday, critics objected to Robertson's statements. "It's absolutely chilling to hear a religious leader call for the murder of any political leader, no matter how much he disagrees with such a leader's policies or practices," said the Rev. Barry Lynn, executive director of Americans United for Separation of Church and State (search). David Brock (search), president of Media Matters, a liberal media watchdog group, said the remarks should discredit Robertson as a spokesman for the religious right. Robertson, 75, founder of the Christian Coalition of America (search) and a former presidential candidate, accused the United States of failing to act when Chavez was briefly overthrown in 2002. A Robertson spokeswoman, Angell Watts, said he would not do interviews Tuesday and had no statement elaborating on his remarks. A call seeking comment from the U.S. State Department was not immediately returned Tuesday. Chavez was believed to be in Cuba, but his whereabouts were unknown and no media access was announced. In Caracas, pro-Chavez legislator Desire Santos Amaral accused Robertson of shedding his Christian values. "This man cannot be a true Christian. He's a fascist," Santos said. "This is part of the policies of aggression from the right wing in the North against our revolution." Santos said she thinks U.S.-Venezuelan relations could still improve but comments by "charlatans and fascists" like Robertson only get in the way. Venezuela is the fifth largest oil exporter and a major supplier of oil to the United States. The CIA estimates that U.S. markets absorb almost 59 percent of Venezuela's total exports. Venezuela's government has demanded in the past that the United States crack down on Cuban and Venezuelan "terrorists" in Florida who they say are conspiring against Chavez. Robertson has made controversial statements in the past. In October 2003, he suggested that the State Department be blown up with a nuclear device. He has also said that feminism encourages women to "kill their children, practice witchcraft, destroy capitalism and become lesbians." ZOD Bless you Pat. You really made my day. I was about to speculate why anybody would even give a shit about Venezuela when I reread this: Venezuela is the fifth largest oil exporter and a major supplier of oil to the United States. The CIA estimates that U.S. markets absorb almost 59 percent of Venezuela's total exports. Hmmm. Well he has got our SHIT! Muthafuckas have gots ta go!

Did you know she has ties to *gasp* MOVEON.ORG! *shudders* Is that better? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I can't decide if I should laugh or cry over the fact that you don't see a problem with moveon.org. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If you cry it makes you an anti-semite.

I watched the show also. Regal is back to his old 2002 generic heel music. This whole segment was based around a forgettable SD segment and seems to be leading to only a future Velocity match - is there really any great need to establish storyline reasons for Velocity matches? Especially since we know most of their audience is watching for match quality either as opposed to the weak SD-esque reasons for feuds (eg, 'You spilled coffee on me so I'm gonna kick your ass'). Ken Kennedy looks more like Heidenreich than Billy Idol (as suggested by the idiotic announcer), and his brief pre-match promo was weak. They called him a new debuting superstar, was he in OVW or anything at all? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't mind them doing some small storyline stuff on Velocity. Hell, as long as they do SOMETHING to enhance the show so it doesn't become a recap show with garnish.

Also: <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh no no! The REAL problem is its stuff like this makes approval ratings go down. And if they down any more it makes any who support the war look like assholes. BIG assholes. Plus, words like "liberal" won't be used as quite the curse word it used to. And where would conservative philosphy be without that? You think these people who have argued so forcefully supporting Bush ever want to face the guy they most likely assaulted with words like "anti-american" and "traitor" knowing he now knows he is and was wrong? When Bush is finally out of office, by that time this country will know him for what he is... a colossal fuck up. A fuck up who made a CHOICE that sent 2000 American Soldiers to their deaths for something that has not made us safer. For something that has NOT eliminated any threat real or imagined. For something that is not going to even help the poor Iraqis. When we leave (which we will by the 06 election) the Sunnis and the Kurds and the whole lot of them are going to tear each other apart until Iran steps in and makes them the B-Team. Because at that point they (and every other muslim in the world for that matter) will all be so sick of the bullshit that perhaps THEN maybe we might have a united Islam to war against... and then we can finally be rid of them. These stupid fucks have their noses so far up their own asses they can smell their own teeth. But hey, if this ilk wants to turn it all into a glass parking lot then so be it. At least it'll show that one mothers grief isn't so crazy afterall. Trying to explain something like this IS reaching pretty far when there are so many who flat out refuse to listen. And no, it is not funny.

So lets see here. Her son dies as a result of a war for which the reasons turn out to be false. So she isn't supposed to hold the president accountable? She is supposed to what just forgive and forget? I know that lots of people do some pretty far out stuff while in panic or grief, but holding a (so far) peaceful protest isn't something the right should be bitching about. It isn't even a real threat other than it might continue the downward swing in apporval ratings and so what! The jack-off will still be president tomorrow and the day after. In fact the mere fact that this fucking asshole of a president is on VACATION during a war negates any and all critiques any might make towards the left. Remember the right wingers have insisted that we not protest or even be critical of the president during war time. So a vacation? You wanna talk about fucking insults to the troops? Then again maybe even his heart really isn't into "the cause" either. He has no standards.

I almost forgot about that! That sonofaBITCH!

Cindy didn't start a war on bullshit so anything she does gets kinda eclipsed by 2000 dead americans and the people responsible. Wow indeed. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ooooookay. Just because your entire story was derailed because it turns out that this bitch looks like she's using her son's sacrifice for her own personal gain doesn't mean you have to resort to irrelevant comparisons on the war itself. But hey, try to keep to positive! Maybe next time your bullshit story won't hoist your petard! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Derailed my ass! Since you have no solid return arguement I'll let it slide. There is no way that this woman standing up for her son is going to be made to look bad. Sorry, greiving mothers don't get to look that way. It takes a real fuckhead to shit on a mother who has just lost their son. Wanna know where they live? Check that election map and look for red.

Well the 8 man match at Sacrifice wasn't a title match. Does that count?

My second TNA PPV in a row and they haven't let me down. The last one was slightly better overall but really only because Sabin was used in a tag match. Holy dogshit Samoa Joe is good.

Korn: If you ask him, Johnathan Davis doesn't rap. Rage: Really good band both on record and live. Slipknot: In the same vein as Korn, I never really saw them as a rap band considering how much metal/harcore was blended into the formula. ICP: I'm a fan. Funny bastards but they aren't a band. Limp, Linkin, HED: Horseshit! They fucking suck trunks. My vote was for Other those guys are fantastic.

http://peterdavid.malibulist.com/ And now a word from one of my favourite writers. And what did you do on YOUR summer vacation, Mrs. Sheehan? In the "West Wing" episode "Inauguration," scriptwriter Aaron Sorkin has his characters quoting--I believe--Margaret Mead in saying, ""Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever does." So now we're seeing this taking hold in Crawford, Texas, as Cindy Sheehan puts exactly what the White House has never wanted onto the losses in Iraq: A HUMAN FACE. I have to admit, I think it's absurd when I read the contention that her son joined the army some years back but never thought he'd actually have to GO anywhere. Ma'am, he joined the ARMY. Did he think it was all Sergeant Bilko or Gomer Pyle? I mean, sure, there were those eight reviled years of peace and prosperity, but there was no guarantee it was going to last. Nevertheless, when the time came, her son did what he signed up to do. Did what he had to do. And now she's doing what she has to do--getting in the President's face. And the President is doing what he has to do--hide in his ranch and wait for this to go away. She's demanding accountability from her president.. Now we see just how much building rage there is in this country in terms of others likewise demanding it. PAD UPDATE--I really like this notion, as mentioned below: "Wouldn't it be interesting if some of the other moms who lost their sons in Iraq decided to join that one-woman protest, so that it continued to grow in size...and grow...and grow..." It'd be like Mothers Against Drunk Driving, except it's Mothers Opposing Bush. MOB. "Yes, there's a MOB scene here in Crawford." "MOB rule has broken out outside the White House..." Interesting thought.

Hahahahaha! THAT was some funny shit. The song is kinda catchy too.

Well at least Bret won't BE buried now. I HOPE they DO bury the Warrior. Couldn't care less about Sammatino.

Dude, your country had a party devoted to the repeal of the law of Gravity. And it got 40,000 votes. You really don't have room to talk. But this is idiotic. While evolution has 'holes', there's more sensible proof to it than there ever was to simple literal creationism. I always thought the compromise is the easiest way to look at it, and it's not like it's a direct contradiction when you really think about it. Personally, I full endorse Norse myth as the correct theory to be taught in schools. It'd be a hell of a lot more interesting than anything Christianity could summon up. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Holy Shit! I agree with you! I too bow to Odin! He guides our axes, spears, and swords.

I hear he might put that youngster Hulk whatshisname over. He really could be something someday.

I know this might sound weird. But I always saw Shindlers List as being a horror movie. Its no slasher flick, but its defines the word horror.
