DDE and Kick The Chair... wow... I think Slayer and Metallica should look at Megadeth's recent work (TWNAH and TSHF) to make great albums in this day of age

Sorry, but Choken rarely contributed to anything to any folder outside of the WWE folder.

seriously AS, shut up okay. I'm surprised that you haven't been banned yet. As for people bitching and wanting to be mods. Its not going to happen. The moderators gives regular posters a mod job because they can handle the job, and do it resonable. If AS, or Barron was a mod, we would see no Red Soxs fans, Anti-Angle fans, No fans that bash the Toronto Maple Leafs, and No one hating SNL. We come here to discuss and bitch about events that happen, and the ideas we bring to the forum. Sorry people who post here without intellectual thought, and wasting space should leave here. Its about discussion, not wasting bandwith. There shouldn't be an "election" for a "people's mod". If people can stop acting like 2 year olds around here, this would be a great place to discuss, but discussion here is as successful as Homer Simpson exercising.

well I guess we won't hear about Life Of Agony anymore at the music boards. Every topic, he manages to throw Life of Agony in there. Even if the topic was about classical music, he'd say "Life of Agony plays that, check this song out"

I second Journeyman by Iron Maiden. Alice In Chains: I Stay Away, Nutshell, Heaven Beside You, Down In A Hole are done well acoustically. I'm pretty partial to One Thing by Finger Elven Also Scared by The Tragically Hip. Also Midsummer Day, The Messenger, and Pyschopomp by Tea Party are good choices.

If you have a QB that can run very well, use it. Its one more weapon they have to stop, and it can get you a few good yards if the defence doesn't expect it.

Heh, its only in there because it wasn't going to be in there. Dave got pissy, and before the release, they had to put it in.

From blabbermouth.net Former MEGADETH bassist David Ellefson has filed an $18.5-million lawsuit against the group's mainman, Dave Mustaine, in Manhattan Federal Court, alleging the singer shortchanged him on profits and backed out of a deal to turn Megadeth Inc. over to him when the band broke up in 2002, according to the New York Daily News. Ellefson also accuses Mustaine of locking him out of merchandise and publishing royalties. "This is a classic case of a minority stockholder whose rights were abused," Ellefson's attorney, Randall Jacobs, told the New York Daily News. In court papers, Ellefson said Mustaine — a veteran of at least 17 drug rehab stints — resented Ellefson, a former drug addict, for having kicked his own habit. It also accuses Mustaine of dissing the bassist's playing skill. According to court papers, the battle of the band spread to the Internet in May, when Mustaine posted on Megadeth.com that Ellefson was trying to extort him. "Did Ellefson ever once get in a fistfight with someone to protect me? No, but I did for him," Mustaine wrote. "Did he ever loan my parents money? No, but I did for him." MEGADETH's new album, "The System Has Failed", which doesn't include any contributions from Ellefson, is scheduled for release on September 14 through Sanctuary Records. Man, Dave is a greedy bastard.

More popular then most hair bands combined at their pinnacle. Guns N Roses weren't really a hair band anyways. Bands like Ratt and Cinderella were. Guns N Roses played some pretty straight sounding hard rock for the most part. So was Motley Crue, Twisted Sister, Winger, Poison. Appetite Was Released just the right time. At a time that hair-bands was at their peak. If released a year earlier, a year later, the band would never been huge.
