1.) Don't hire Mario Trembley and Rejan Houle. Somehow manage to cripple the Montreal Canadiens franchise worse than Serge Savard. Roy would have been on the team possibly the 97-98 campaign and would have gotten a better value of a trade. Though this would totally ruined the Avs/Red Wings rivalary. 2.) Draft Dennis Savard or Paul Coffey instead of Doug Wickenheiser. Just think how good Montreal would have been in the Eastern conference.

Aebescheir and Halak are available. I know Higgins, Komisarek and Plekanec have signed, and Perezoghin jumped to Russia. I'll be happy if Kyle Chipchura and the Kotsistyn brothers play next year.

Garon will carry LA next year. There is no need for a goalie. Bertuzzi is in Anaheim, Smolinski to Montreal, Owen Nolan signed with Calgary, Bonk in Nashville... no one has signed Souray, Stuart and Robidas which are the top three defencemen left in the FA

When did LA get Souray? Anyways, Robert Lang signed with the Blackhawks with a two year deal. Terms not disclosed.

Philly is still not going to make into the playoffs. Their defence is in need of a huge upgrade and their offense isn't that strong. Briere isn't playing with the same type of players he was in Buffalo. He's not going to make them better, instead the players are going to make him worse.

I agree with you King. Carnoustie is easily my favourite course for the Open tournament. I hope this course plays tougher than Oakmont.
