Are we dropping any teams for next year? I know that it was mentioned somewhere (either here or at the league board) a while back and I know that there were some inactive teams this season. And, is the draft order determined by our records for this year? Please tell me that it is.

Yeah, this sucks. Don't listen to too many games on the radio, but always enjoyed hearing Cheek call games whenever I did. I'm not a big fan of Jerry Howarth and Warren Sawkiw is the drizzling shits, so I probably won't be trying to listen to too many games next year.

Sean Burke is over-rated. The Leafs defence is better than redbaron (or pretty much anyone) says it is.

Aw fuck. Well, they played pretty well last night after Sundin went down, even though they couldn't score on the powerplay, so hopefully that'll keep up. Allison and Lindros just need to hold up for a few weeks or they might as well just move the Marlies into the ACC. Yeah, of all the big centres on the team that people thought would get injured, don't think anyone would have thought it would be Sundin on a fluke play like that.

I'm assuming you're not including weekends, but I'm pretty sure the first game of the Yankees '03 series against the Twins was an afternoon game.

I haven't met a lot, but most of them were pretty nice. Ric Flair and Edge and different book signings were both alright, especially Edge. The Flair line-up was a lot longer and he was probably just tired from doing shit all day, but he shook my hand and stuff, so that was cool. The security guard was a bitch, though. Edge was cool. He noticed my Blue Jays hat and struck up a bit of a conversation about them and Vernon Wells. He extended his hand for the handshake before me, too, so that was a nice touch. Oh, and his autograph was personalized. Petey Williams and Bobby Roode were both good guys, got my picture taken with them. Abyss was chatting it up with some people, too, which seemed kinda weird. Was all buddy-buddy with my friend before and after the show. I wasted $5 to have my picture taken with Sabu, who seemed less than thrilled to be anywhere near the arena that night. The picture he had taken with my friend is hilarious, since he's got the most bored look on his face, it's great. I also saw him get pissed at some kid who asked for an autograph.

And if the Jays hadn't split the series, then the Yankees would be tied or behind the Sox. PLUS, if they hadn't dropped 2 of 3 to New York, Boston would be in a better position, too. But, yeah, if the Yankees miss the playoffs, it'll be Toronto's fault.

That's his job, duh.

I think he signed a 2-year contract at the end of last season.
