    Wii

They're still not available over there? I could have sworn I've seen some on the shelves here.

I'd build it if I could. Even my brother fried a motherboard and he has decent knowledge in the area.

that's something only a hardcore computer nerd would do, thus is irrelevant, since the majority of people don't and won't do that. or to look at it a different way - PC gaming caters only to hardcore computer nerds who build their own computers from wholesales. In other words, its basically the comics industry. I recently bought parts suggested by other people, and am having someone put it together tomorrow. It's not that hard, but it's probably not worth it for the average buyer. I could have gone to a number of places where you pick out the parts/have them choose the parts, and then they put it together at their store. It saves a good couple of hundred. Either way, it's a hassle, but for a lot of people having a good computer is worth it.
  4. "And Paul Winfield as The Mirror." You've got to be happy with that.
  5. I'm not proud I got the jumping joke.

Computers being a rip-off at most places hurts too. It's much cheaper to get the parts from wholesalers and get it built/build it yourself.
  7. I sounded stupid here.
  8. Unfortunately it's mutant, now it's the flu.

I can't play with just acceptable framerates though, guess it's down to preference. I've read some people being annoyed they can't play it at 2500xwhatever on very high settings.

Don't worry if your PC can't play Crysis, because there aren't any that can play it at the highest level at the highest res yet anyway. Did you play original DoD, Rant?

Upgrading on the weekend, so I can finally play some games I've bought over the last month. Could have played them sooner, but I'd like some decent frame rates.
  12. I might not be giving anything in. I have an awful cold right now and really don't feel like sitting down and writing that many words.
  13. I've never really watched Ironside until recently. I almost didn't recognize Raymond Burr after first seeing him in Rear Window. Watching an episode just then, a young Harrison Ford featured at the end. It's cool too see those sorts of appearances when you don't expect them, before people had really made it.
  14. http://us.imdb.com/name/nm2236528/ He's literally famous!
  15. Probably not at this stage.
  16. I think he's just fine in the ring, and has improved a lot, but I can't give him credit for great psychology with his rest holds. There's probably tonne's of workers who do the same thing, but use the holds more of a time waster than anything. Rest holds will always be apart of the sport, I really don't have a problem with them if they make sense. If the guys just kept constantly punching, and doing moves~! Everybody would be wrestling like Angle...Nobody wants that? I think he uses them more as a crutch more than using them as part of a centered offense, which is why I disagree with you saying his work the past two years has been better in the wrestling side of things. Anyway, I'm starting to talk about workrate, I better stop.

  18. Can't believe I didn't see the brilliance in Orton relying on long rest holds. It's actually perfect psychology!
  19. He looks Cyber-Punkish... or something. Matches the build up videos in style.
  20. I think they're trying to say his vest was rather loud, they're just unable to.
  21. Jokes on Toxxic, Flesher doesn't use the net.
  22. Home Alone 1 and 2 are the first that come to mind, and that's about it. What I remember most from Mighty Ducks was "We Are the Champions" in the credits.
  23. I thought it was due in January for a second.
  24. I'm giving someone an extension, otherwise I have nothing.
  25. And my comment was blown out of proportion. Various sources, ranging from Meltzer to Keller to the PWinsider guys, reported that Stephanie had derogatory comments about Punk being the King of Indies and was in no hurry to call him up to the main roster from OVW. He didn't get his chance until Heyman was put in a position of power. This was around the same time that she was high on Daniel Rodimer being the future of WWE. HBK and HHH did report back unfavorably of Punk in OVW. I read that too. Within the past year we had the Arn Anderson stuff and reports that some agents didn't see anything special in Punk and felt the only reason he was over was because Heyman protected him in the original ECW booking. I'm not even that much of a CM Punk fan so I'm not some smark sitting around thinking HHH and HBK are out to get Punk. I never even insinuated that. I just thought it would be funny to read that they are high on him. I wouldn't have thought JBL would ever call a meeting complaining about people not protecting Punk. If I'm reading too much into what I've read from legitimate wrestling insiders - I apologize. I forgot that in smark land you only believe information that you want to believe and everything else is just a bunch of pimply faced geeks on the net making stuff up. My comment was more to do with facts being twisted each time by the average poster that the truth is lost sometimes, if it was true to begin with. I don't take everything "legitimate wrestling insiders" say as fact anyway. Not directed at anyone in particular, so don't cry.
