I find it funny that WWE.com only used Rodney Mack's picture for the story. For the Henry Godwinn story, they didn't even include a picture at all, or even much of a story other than just saying they have re-signed him. Speaking of Godwinn, has he even been working since he was last in WWE? I know he's worked in OVW for much of this year (anyone check him out there?), but has he worked anywhere else?

From PWInsider:
-
Imagine them sticking No Mercy on the Wii then allowing it to be online.
-
From the latest PWInsider audio: -DX vs. nWo is NOT going to happen. Everything you have seen having to do with that, posters and stuff, it's all fake. As of right now, there aren't any plans to do that at all, no matter what anyone is saying. They've talked to a number of people inside very close to creative, and unless it's under lock and key and they aren't telling anyone, not even a single member of the talent, then it's 100% not happening. -Danny Davis and Al Snow will be taking over for Greg Gagne. Greg was seen as nothing more than a third wheel. Steph hired him to just give him a shot, and they stuck him in OVW since they didn't have anywhere else to stick him. -Batista will be filming an episode of Smallville, playing a Kryptonian who has escaped from the "Phantom Zone". It will be the 9th episode of the season.

Check this out guys: http://media.wii.ign.com/media/748/748547/vids_1.html

Yeah, he's working without pay just like Randy Orton now.
-
There is apparently a lot of talk going on about this, for a lot of money.
-
What exactly do you need explained? It's five questions...with John Cena.
-
It would be very, very ugly if Kurt ever decided to do that. If he can't bump in a wrestling ring, imagine what it would be like in MMA when all of those guys know what his weaknesses are.
-
On PWInsider, the guys are talking about Kurt Angle wanting to get into MMA, even if for one big match for one big payoff. They say that he's actually considering doing it, and K1 is wanting to do Angle/Lesnar, a shoot WM rematch.

EB and GameStop told me that they wont know for sure what they are going to do about pre-orders until this coming Monday.
-
Post that here then. I've posted all that PWInsider listed in the audio, since they (rightfully) think the list is retarded anyway.

The PWI Top 500 is out now, with John Cena on the top of the list. I'm listening to this on the latest PWInsider report, so I'll update as I hear more from the list, unless someone just goes ahead and posts it. The list goes from June to June. 1) John Cena 2) Kurt Angle 3) Edge 4) Samoa Joe 5) Mistico 6) Rey Mysterio 7) Brock Lesnar 8) Kenta Kobashi 9) Shawn Michaels 10) Jeff Jarrett 21) Triple H 73) D-Von 74) Tokyo Magnum 75) La Parka 76) Bubba Ray 92) Sabu Finlay is not listed in the top 100, yet Chris Harris is.

You can't possibly be seriously wondering that.

I'm almost 100% for sure that Wii Sports is just to show off the features, and to show people what the Wii is able to do for the future. I know for sure that the tennis part of the game is a mini version of tennis, not a full game. I don't really watch the sport so I don't know the exact terms used, but they did recently say in interviews what it was, and it's not a full game. You also only control the swinging, you don't move the player yourself. From what I've seen, baseball is just pitching and batting, nothing else. It's a game set up to get people excited about the Wii system overall. To show people what games on the system could be all about, that's all. If you ask me, the pack should have been set at $199.99 with Wii Sports, since it just looks like a demo to me, like the demo discs and stuff we've seen that came with systems in the past.

I take back much of what I said in the other thread about Wii selling so many, it being likely that so many people (parents) will pick it up because it's so much cheaper, and it more than likely being the second console in many homes. While all of that is still possible, it's not as likely as I thought before. All of this is adding up for Nintendo if you ask me. In order to just play two player Wii Sports at launch, you're in for $310+ already. Add in another game, cards to save on, and then VC games if you want a few, and you're in for more than I thought we'd be in store for. That said, I'll still preorder when I can.

NES - Starting at 500 points? SNES - Starting at 800 points? N64 - Starting at 1000 points? I wonder how high the prices will go for each system if that's just the low end price for the games from each console.
-
Well, while I was getting all ready for a Wii sooner rather than later, at least now I'll have time to play Saint's Row, Dead Rising, and Okami. About the price, I'll just think of it as $199.99 for the system and $50 for Wii Sports.
