Well, it's time to see how this all pans out. Ugh.
-
Subbed...thank God. If it had been dubbed I would have got up, walked out, and then would have demanded a refund.
-
WORK. OF. ART. PERIOD. I'll post a few more comments soon. Until then, guys, you really should go and check this film out. It'll leave you breathless.
-
Damnit, someone please edit my title.

I despise this. Original dialogue. And now, click here for the video of the new version. The original version is so much tigher, to the point, and gets the job done. Why must George Lucas feel that he needs to just flat out explain certain things to the viewer now like we're some sort of moron? My hate for Lucas, the most overrated man in the hollywood, continues. Not that it matters to anyone, but for future first time viewers of the films, there will no longer be a big twist, unless people show their kids or whatever the original versions. *sigh* Sincerely, ...Downhome...

Yeah yeah yeah, blah blah blah. That's exactly what people said about Nathan Jones and Mordecai.

I'd rather them just bring back a sober Scott Hall. Hell, I'd settle for a stoned Scotty.

I don't have the set, but it sounds like how they have disc two and three set up in the 3-disc Mystic River set. You have to take disc two out if you want to listen to the soundtrack, I HATE that. I just know this Alf set would piss me off. I'm not going to buy it, as I've heard too many bad things about it. I'm going to hold out for a re-release of the set, with ALL of the original episodes.

WHY DID NO ONE INFORM ME 1/2 OF TATU IS PREGNANT?
Downhome replied to Giuseppe Zangara's topic in No Holds Barred
I think they are both hot as hell, in pretty much every picture I've ever seen of em. I'd do em both all day 'till Sunday. BEAN~! -
I want that bad, but I doubt I'll pick it up for two reasons. 1) The lowest price that I've seen for it so far is $84.95/shipped. 2) With it being a R3 Korean release, the odds of any of the special features having ANY English subtitles are slim to none. If It was cheaper, and was going to have English subtitles for the special features, I'd already have it on preorder, heh.

Now that I think about it, had I not watched wrestling for seven months and I saw even BRADSHAW with the title I'd be a little freaked out. -

I thought the exact same thing. I'm loving Bradshaw's hat, especially on the little matchup screen. -

Are they going to go ahead with Taker/Heidenreich starting with him costing Taker this match? -

Are we sure this is the same SD that we've been watching here lately? -

I just hope the guy doesn't suck as much as he did a few months back. He can still suck a little, but I just hope it isn't as much as before. -

Yep, that was a sick hit if you watch it really closely. -
Did you buy Once Upon a Time In High School or did you download it?

With Jericho and Brock though, we had factors mixed in with their doing the move that led to them screwing it up. After they screwed it up, they never attempted the move again. With Kidman, he's fucked it up time after time after time. It's plain out obvious to me that the move just is not for him anymore, and hasn't been for a very long time. The right guy can do the move with just as much risk as most other high flying moves. It's just, some moves just aren't right for some wrestlers. The SSP is no longer right for Kidman.

I just finished watching Attack the Gas Station, and I loved it! It felt like a Breakfast Club type of movie, just a lot more insane...and at a gas station, with a lot of HEADS DOWN~!!!!!! It's so much more than just a Breakfast Club type of film. There is so much subtext here, you just know that the filmmakers were trying to say so much more than what it just looks like on the surface. You guys have got to check this one out if you haven't already. You can download it at Suprnova.org but it's well worth going out and buying. I'm going to do that exact thing as soon as I find out what the best version of it is on DVD. http://imdb.com/title/tt0262246/

HBK - smile = LMAO Just about every time in wrestling history when they tried to present somethng serious that involved over the top theatrics and soap operish elements, have been funny to me. The serious moments in wrestling to me which are actually serious are those moments that do not feel forced. I took Hogan's heel turn seriously, I look Curt Henning turning on Ric Flair at War Games seriously, I took Randy Savage and Elizabeth seriously, and on and on. When things happen more naturally, nice and slow, things usually come off a lot better also.

It makes me sad that when I see a topic called "The Hart Foundation" in an old school wrestling folder, that it no longer only applies to Bret/Jim/Jimmy, etc...

A few new pictures of Tammy "Sunny" Sytch.
Downhome replied to Downhome's topic in General Wrestling
Well, looks like she gained a lot of weight, very fast. Perhaps it is because she got off of the drugs, and she then blew up. Better a little overweight and off drugs than skinny and hooked on cracked...dead. -
I think various indie groups would jump at the chance to have Kidman working for them. Even TNA would jump at the chance.

Sadly, that's the truth I bet.
