What site did you buy Shaun from, and for how much? I'm just curious.
-
I didn't get the bonus DVD when I preorderd, they told me they would give it to me with the game. What is on it exactly? Just a preview for the full game?
-
I have traded any games at Blockbuster, meaning, ANY...including sports games, regardless of the year.
-
They run different offers all of the time. You can only do this at Blockbuster's with a GameRush, but they are popping up everywhere. I have about three near me, so I don't doubt that you have a few near you also. Right now, the current special offers are as follows. 1) Trade any two games, preorder any game for $29.99. Note: This deal does NOT include limited editions such as the Mortal Kombat Kollector's thing or Halo LE. At least that's how it's supposed to be, though I sure some stores will probably let it slide. 2) Trade in any 3 PS2, XBox, GCN, PS1 or GBA games, get an extra $5 credit per game ($3 extra credit on the PS1 games only). For the First one, yes, when you trade any two games in no matter the title, you can preorder any game for $29.99. The great deal however is that it doesn't stop there. Not only can you preorder any game for $29.99, but the trade in credit for te two games that you trade in will then be subtracted from the $29.99 total. This is a very easy way for you to preorder the new GTA game, or Smackdown Vs. RAW. So if you trade in three games and they both happen to be worth $15 in trade credit each, you are in effect getting $60 in trade in credit. Since the pre-order would only be $29.99, you would have around $30 left over in trade. If you can get your hands on that Space Channel 5 thing that is for the PS2, they'll give you $25 trade in credit for that. Yes, $25. You can go buy it new for $15 or used for $10 at other stores. I couldn't believe they gave me so much credit on that title. NOTE: Not all Blockbusters are doing the #2 offer right now, so it may vary at your store. All of them are going with #1 however as far as I know, which is a fucking great deal.

The following is some of the most fucked up stuff ever. Let's not forget that they have actually changed some dialogue as I pointed out in the thread that I started. There isn't a single reason for changing ANY of the following. I'm not even a Star Wars "fanboy", I just think it's stupid regardless of what these films are. Some of the changes even change certain meanings of the film, etc...

Randy Orton himself is not a ratings draw. A show which focuses on the champion, a champion who is actually involved in an interesting major storyline however...is. There are few wrestlers around right now, in WWE or otherwise, who are a "ratings draw" in and of themselves.

It's about time that Project Ego is released. I preordered this game, along with the new GTA game, a couple of weeks ago. I can't wait to play Fable next week. If it's short that's fine, as I'll play through it a few times, do all that I can in it, then go back to Blockbuster and trade it in for Smackdown Vs. RAW. I am loving the Blockbuster trade-in system! I got Fable and the new GTA without spending a dime.

Consider it on my list of films to buy now, heh. I just send you a PM. You better watch MSG soon, I'd like to know what you think about it. Be warned though, you WILL fall in love with Ji-hyun Jun.

How in the bloody hell can this be real??? I know WWE does some stupid things, but I just don't see them actually coming up with this, much less offering it for sell.
-
Oh no, just the one.

What do you mean?

Thanks a lot. I don't care what year a film is released, what genre it is, what country it's from, or what language it's in. If it's a good, well made film, I know it and can appriciate it. Even if I hate a film, I can still admit that it was well made if it was. You'll love Eternal and Memento, they are my top two favorites ever. I have heard of them, want to see them, but I have not seen them yet. They are on my list to check out next. Tonight I ordered the following. I believe I have totally gone mad! Il Mare Special Edition Barking Dog Never Bites The Harmonium in My Memory Failan Windstruck (DTS ES) R3 Memories Of Murder (DTS ES) R3 Ping Pong R3 The Uninvited (5.1/DTS) R3 Yomigaeri: Resurrection R3

http://www.shreveporttimes.com/news/html/5...95A342CF7.shtml I just have to say that the line "Similar incidents involving dogs, donkeys and sheep have been reported in the past, Toney said. But "in the 29 years we've been here, we've never heard of anyone committing a crime against nature with a pig" is one of the funniest things ever. Sincerely, ...Downhome...

It's been a lot slower, but it's nothing new. It's been like this for months and months. It started earlier this year around the time that...well..., you guess.

I bought Spartan at Ingles for $5.

Don't get me started on the upcoming remake staring Jennifer Lopez, please. I haven't seen JSA Joint Security Area yet, but I have ordered it and it's on the way to me. Almost right after I watched Oldboy I went to CD-Wow and ordered the other two major Chan-wook Park films, JSA and also Sympathy For Mr. Vengeance. I liked this exchange in MSG. The Girl: You know why the sky is blue? Kyun-Woo: Because the reflection from the sunshine causes... The Girl: Wrong! It's to make me happy. I wanted it to be blue, so it's blue. You know why fire is hot? It's all for me. I wanted it to be hot, so it's hot. You know why we have four seasons here in Korea? Kyun-Woo: For you? The Girl: Correct.

I wish that Michael Moore Hates America would hit theaters, be nominated, and then win for best documentary. I know that will not happen, but if if did I'd never forget it as long as I live. It would be one of the funniest moments period.
-
That one is Il Mare. One that I ordered and is now on the way to me. I can't wait to watch it. By the way, I loved Frequency.
-
Had I missed RAW tonight, I wouldn't even imagine that the PPV is this Sunday. All of these PPVs are wearing thin on me. I dread when they add even more.
-
If the DVD included a documentary on how Moore twisted the truth to get things to mean what he wants them to mean, as well as how they came up with some of the things that you see in the film (like the famous headline), then I'd think about buying it.

I'm talking about the scene on the train when Mun realizes her refection is not her own.

Ok, so I've been on a huge Korean film kick in the past few weeks. I've seen Oldboy, Attack the Gas Station, Christmas In August, Memories of Murder, My Sasy Girl, and more over the past week or two. To be honest, I've loved each and every one of them also. However, the one that seems to have captured me the most is My Sassy Girl. I basicly just want to know if any of you guys have seen this one yet. If not, I highly suggest that you download it, as it's very easy to find and is well worth watching. I've watched it, and have already ordered the DVD. I don't know just what it is with Korean romances but I love them. They have a certain something that most romance films do not seem to have. It might be that it's a fine mixture of different elements, I don't know. My Sassy Girl has just the perfect mix of...whatever it is exactly. I loved the male lead, Tae-hyun Cha, as his facial expressions were just perfect. However, "The Girl" Ji-hyun Jun was the star here. Untill I saw this film I had never heard of her, had never seen a picture of her before, which is obviously because I've only recently dived into these films. But wow she is a knockout. She's not just insanely cute though. She is a fantastic actress who can really convey her feelings on the screen to you as a viewer. I have also seen her most latest film, Windstruck, so I feel I can say something of her acting as a whole. I also have Il Mare on the way to me which she stars in. Back to Sassy though. It was just a rollercoaster of a film. At one point you feel disgusted then depressed then happy then they knock you back down a few pegs then by the end when the ride is finally over, you just feel complete, for better or for worse. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind left me feeling like that also. I will not say too much more about it, other that you should really check it out if you are into romantic comedies at all. I don't feel this is just a "chick flick" either as there is a lot here for everyone to enjoy. If this film doesn't move you in some way, in a good way, then I don't know what else to say. Here are a few videos of the amazing Ji-hyun Jun if you are currious. http://mplay.donga.com/dkbnews/2004/0601_all01.wmv http://cafeimgs.naver.com/img/event/gsearch_30sec_high.wmv http://www.oilbank.co.kr/cf/040723_30s.mpeg Sincerely, ...Downhome...
