Well last week they had Josh with Tazz and they did a pretty good job and I thought they did good when they were together after Miller first left.
-
Well to be fair Zach Gowen was very high profile when he came in with him being pair with Hogan, the feud with Vince, Steph wanting to sign him, etc.
-
Althought I'm very happy that Miller's sorry ass is out of the WWE and I am kinda shocked that he was released. I mean there were reports that Vince really liked Miller and that he has been on TV quite a bit. With Vince liking him I thought he'd be last to get cut. Anybody find it sad that out of all the things from WCW that Vince could have liked he had to like The Cat of all things.

So What Did You Think Of The Contract Singing?
EdwardKnoxII replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in The WWE Folder
Yeah I know but, still Heyman should have been like yeah Benoit's gone just like I wanted him to be, because he tired to take Brock's title. And he'll never get another shot at it again. -
With special guest stars Tom Wopat and Catherine Bach.

Amen to that. Funny thing is I always thought HHH would be jumping to SD to bury their people. Instead he has them shipped over to RAW for him to feed on.

Smallville preview; Pete gets in over his head when he gets involved in illegal street racing using Kryptonite-fueled cars; Lana confronts Adam about his mysterious past.

Hmm with a name like Lamont I wonder who the WWE is going to bring to play Fred Sanford to Lamont and get a oh so wonderful Sanford and Son tag team.

Vince McMahon Pushing Again For Bret Hart's Return The Hitman to return at WrestleMania XX? Vince McMahon has been in contact with Bret Hart about appearing at WrestleMania XX. It is unknown what Hart's role would be at the show, but there seem to be three possibilities. One would be induction into the returning WWE Hall of Fame. Another would be to deliver a speech at Madison Square Garden. Hart actually has an understanding with McMahon that he would return for one time only to deliver a farewell speech at MSG. The final option is to involve him in the Chris Benoit vs. Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels World Title match, possibly as a special ref. This would play up on his natural friendship with Benoit as he would likely help Benoit win the World Title. Hart, however, has been somewhat against coming back to work a storyline. It remains to be seen if Hart actually does return for the show, but WWE is making an effort to get the Hitman to appear. Credit: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

So What Did You Think Of The Contract Singing?
EdwardKnoxII replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in The WWE Folder
Two things: Why would Paul Heyman, in storyline terms, care about Benoit leaving SD? If anyting Paul should be happy that Benoit left cause Paul did what he was going to do. He kept Benoit from Brock's title and Benoit never got another shot so Benoit left SD like a coward. Paul should be happy and rub it and Benoit's face. Two, did you notice that HBK said that Benoit should have finished his business oh SD. I had a feeling HBK was bringing up the fact that Benoit never did get the job done against Brock and made him look like a coward. -
Hmm, I bet after Bradshaw found out about Orton going AWOL he had a "heart to heart talk" with Orton.

Lesnar Frustrated; Nowinski Getting Heat
EdwardKnoxII replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in The WWE Folder
Exactly Nowinski wants to come back when he's almost at 100% health. I mean look at Angle he's rushed by after his neck surgeries and we have all seen how good that has been for him. I think the reason Nowinski is getting heat for this is because he's TE kid and thus didn't pay his dues to get to the WWE like the rest of them. Please note that this isn't what I think but, what I think the lockerroom thinks. -
To tell the truth I'm shocked they did something like this with the way the WWE is always doing something about the Armed Forces.

Lesnar Frustrated; Nowinski Getting Heat Tension backstage in WWE... - Word is that Brock Lesnar is growing very frustrated with the tough WWE travel schedule. He has gone as far as tell friends that if he could make the same type of money he makes with WWE doing something else, he would quit. Lesnar's main complaint is he only has 30 minutes a day to go to the gym. - Christopher Nowinski is getting heat backstage for taking so much time off over a concussion. Most feel he should have been back by now since someone like Kurt Angle has had two neck surgeries in a short span and has returned quickly. Credit: 1wrestling.com

The story Mick Foley said on RAW last night about Randy Orton going AWOL is true. Orton was in the military a few years back but did not like it so he caught a bus and went AWOL for 82 days. He finally turned himself in and served 38 days in military prison. Credit: PWInsider.com

Latest SD! Magazine Exposes Undertaker Storyline WWE sure did a good job keeping this thing under wraps... The latest edition of Smackdown Magazine, currently on newsstands, further gives away the plan for the Undertaker's return to his original "dead man" gimmick. The magazine features the Undertaker symbol on fire with the text: "The Dead Man Returns - 3/14/04 where it all begins again." This, coupled with the fact that WWE is already promoting new Undertaker 'retro' shirts and what happened on RAW last night, seems to ensure the Undertaker's return under his old persona. Parent body-slams ref at high school basketball
EdwardKnoxII replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in General Chat
Yeah I think that's what is it. I remember watching a report and it talked how the kids that take sports way to hard are because their parents keep on pushing them to hard. In other words the parents are living thru the kids just like you said. Speaking of which. Does anyone remember this kids talent show on Fox, I think it was. Anyways, after the judging results they would show the reactions of the parents and they would be PISSED. At the judges, at their kids, whoever. And just watching the way they would talk to their kids afterwards made me think of two things. Either A) those kids are beat by their folks or B) those kids are going to have practice a shitload to make up for their "failure". -

Britney Spears As The Next Bond Girl? Gotta love rumors... The World Entertainment News Network reports that Britney Spears recently met with James Bond producer Barbara Broccoli about becoming the next Bond girl. For now, take this as a rumor only. The next Bond film is slated to begin production in January of 2005 for a Thanksgiving 2005 release. Peirce Brosnan will reprise his role as James Bond.

But, see that's the thing WM is going to be about 4 or 5 hours long so there is no reason for the wrestlers to be having a 4 or 5 minute match. Or to jam all the CW's into a battle royal.
-
Come on I called this in the RAW thread and other ones you just know something like this was going to happen at WM. Don't act so shocked.
