Oh that's bullshit. It's been reported everywhere that Austin had alot of input in this whole angle he's doing now. And as much power as Austin has do you think he doesn't have alot to say in how he's booked?

Matt Morgan injured at Smackdown house show...
EdwardKnoxII replied to Placebo Effect's topic in The WWE Folder
But, here's the thing. During TE the trainers keep telling the kids you have to trust your opponent and help to protect them. So here comes Holly and he wrestles a match with Matt and goes batshit on him. He doesn't try to protect him, he just goes stiff on him and beats the crap out him because he was pissed about what happened with Brock and that this young punk got into wrestling the "easy way." He beat on a rookie because he knew the rookie would be to scared to fight back and to show him who's boss. -
Ok I was thinking about this we all know that on screen Jack Tunney was the WWF president but, what did Tunney do behind the scenes? Did Tunney do any booking, was he in charge of anything? And what did he do before he was the WWF pres?

Well as far as I see as long as they don't REALLY come back to life, you know the real person, they count as staying dead. And I'd like to think that DC and Marvel wouldn't bring them back cause it would be better to have them stay dead and haunt Batman and Spiderman but, I could be wrong.

You know here's the thing that got me about the Luger win at SS '93. They hype up how Luger has promised that he'll beat Yoko and win the belt. Come the PPV Luger wins by countout but, Yoko keeps the belt. And they have the faces come out, put Luger on their shoulders like he's won the belt. It was funny how they tried to play it off like Luger did what he said he was going to do. Pretty much the whole thing made Luger look like a loser and a choker.

Matt Morgan injured at Smackdown house show...
EdwardKnoxII replied to Placebo Effect's topic in The WWE Folder
Yeah and seems lately it's been with newcomers/rookies. Brock, TE Matt, and Morgan. They only difference is that Brock did something about it. You would think that Holly would have learned his lesson after getting dropped by Brock. -

Or better yet it could be a three way dance. Holly and Speed Buggy VS Speed Racer and the Mach 5 VS....... ...Michael Knight and KITT. Knight Rider>Speed Racer>Speed Buggy>Holly. -

And knowing Holly he'd be a dick and try to stiff Speed Buggy. At which point Speed Buggy would run over Holly. -

Former WWF President Jack Tunney passes away
EdwardKnoxII replied to Kurt Angle Mark's topic in The WWE Folder
You know the thing is I'm kinda shocked he was only 68. Cause as a kid I thought he was around that age. -

Former WWF President Jack Tunney passes away
EdwardKnoxII replied to Kurt Angle Mark's topic in The WWE Folder
I'm sad to see Jack Tunney go he was the kind of authority figure that wasn't a heel or face and only came out with on screen when mattered. That's what we need nowadays. RIP Jack. -

So will HHH give Benoit a reach around?

But, here's the thing Benoit has lost the feud. Heymen wins by keeping Benoit from getting another shot making Benoit a big loser in all of this. Now let's do this say it was UT, Austin, HHH or Rock that was going after Brock's belt? Would they be booked to jump to RAW with their tail between their legs after Heyman said they will never get another shot at the belt? HELL NO, I mean how many times have we seen Vince say that to Austin and then Austin turns around and wins the belt.

Blockbuster Sued for Porn on PG Tape WOODBURY, N.J. (AP) - A couple who says their 4-year-old daughter saw hard-core pornography on a PG-rated movie tape from Blockbuster has sued the video company. The plaintiffs, who were not identified, said the footage appeared on a ``Home Alone 3'' tape rented April 7 from a Glassboro store. The pornographic material appeared for 10 minutes after the movie credits for the 1997 film. According to the lawsuit field in Superior Court, Blockbuster ``had a responsibility and a duty to inspect, monitor and ensure the quality and propriety of all video products purchased by its customers.'' Randy Hargrove, a spokesman for Dallas-based Blockbuster Inc., said Friday that the company does not carry X- or NC-17-rated movies, and depends on renters to return a tape ``in the same condition it was given to them.'' ``Unfortunately there are those rare instances when someone will abuse that privilege and damage one of our tapes,'' he said.

First Law of Comics: Only Bucky stays dead. I thought the rule was only Bucky, Uncle Ben, Gwen Stacy (clones don't count), and Jason Todd stay dead.

A question about Fresh Prince
EdwardKnoxII replied to TheOriginalOrangeGoblin's topic in Television & Film
Yeah as a Fresh Prince fan that is something that I have always wondered about. I remembered when I watched the wedding ep as it first show and that it was messed up. And then at the end of the show Will pops up and say wait till Sept it's really going to be cooking or something like. The only reason I think they dropped Lisa was because the following season was the shows very last one and I guess they didnt feel like having Will get married with the show about to end. And to answer your question no they never did mention Vy's marriage to Lisa's father after the wedding show and in fact that was the last time she was seen on screen again. -
Final WWE Smackdown Rating Comes In Strong One of the highest of the season… WWE Smackdown finished with a 3.6 rating last night on UPN, which is one of the higher ratings the show has done this season. The main event of Kurt Angle & Eddie Guerrero vs. Chavo Jr. & Sr. drew a 3.6, which was lower than the 3 on 2 handicap match which scored a 4.0 and 3.9 rating for the two segments it was a part of. credit: PWTorch.com
