  1. Yeah but, it also made other wrestlers look bad to. I mean RVD couldn't take on Kane but, Shane can? Kane calls somebody out and Shane is the only one to answer it? And then you have all the times Shane tried to murder him.
  2. Yeah no kidding. Didn't that Shane feud do wonders for Kane.
  3. Anybody shocked that Henry attacked Booker on RAW to continue this feud. I thought it was done after Booker won at Armageddon. Silly me. I mean what else can these two do or fight about?
  4. That would be an interesting angle but, come on you know it's going to be the way it was just before Austin left.
  5. If I remember I think back years ago in the 90's Meltzer briefly was a booker in the WWF.
  6. Ok during RAW Eric had a talk with the referees about enforcing the rules more closely. What do you think this could lead to? The refs enforcing the rules more? Or something else? Or just lead to nothing?
  7. Well he pretty much excused Austin for hitting a woman (Stacy) because she didn't drink beer him. Because that's just the way Stone Cold is while having a heart attack and daming them to hell when any other a heel treats a woman bad.
  8. Hell I'm shocked that a wrestler didn't get pissed with Ole with his slow counts and try to beat him up. In storyline terms.
  9. I thought I'd post this to see if anyone else remembers this. Does anybody remember the time Ole Anderson worked as a ref for WCW in I think '91 or '92. Man talk about awful. This is how he went. When a wrestler would have someone for a pin. Ole would SLOWLY check one side to make sure the shoulder was down and then SLOWLY go to the other side to make sure it was down. And finally would SLOWLY start the count. Hell by the time Ole would start the count the wrestler had his man in the pin for a good 11 secs. Good thing Ole didn't last long as a ref.

  13. QUOTE (Kinetic @ Dec 24 2003, 05:33 PM) The only danger in giving Dave Coulier a part in anything is that his suddenly increased profile could again somehow enable him to break the heart of a sweet but ultimately vindictive Canadian singer-songwriter and former children's television star, thus subjecting the lot of us to another "You Oughta Know" and subsequently forcing me to summon up the statistic that the aforementioned singer-songwriter's album sold 20 Million+ copies when making an assessment of how depressing the previous decade's musical output was. I can see no real harm in having them boned by John Stamos, however. What the??? "You Oughta Know" was written about Uncle Joey??? Damn!

  15. Me to. Besides how can you hate a man that two Duke boys in Harzard Co. named their Dodge Charger after.
  16. http://cnn.netscape.cnn.com/news/story.jsp...139.htm&sc=1120 Cat Survives 150-Mile Trip Under Car Hood ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. (AP) - For Tracker, the car ride from the Kalamazoo area to Rochester Hills was long, and could have cost him a life or two. The long-haired gray cat rode unseen in the engine compartment of a female college student's car as she drove home for the holidays. Officials at Pontiac's Michigan Animal Rescue League, the feline's current home, say he probably survived the 150 mile-trip in the Chevrolet Tracker because the woman did not stop. ``He was very lucky,'' Patricia Verduin, the league's board president told The Daily Oakland Press of Pontiac. Verduin said when the woman, who declined to give her name to the league, reached home ``she heard this intense kitty-crying.'' ``She thought she'd run over a cat,'' Verduin said. The woman and her family searched around the car. When they finally lifted the hood, they found a cat sitting on top of the engine. ``He was sitting very still,'' Verduin said. ``It was like he didn't know what to do.'' Tracker, a Russian Blue-angora mixed breed who emerged from his experience unscathed, may have slipped into the engine compartment to keep warm. With a house full of pets, the woman turned Tracker over to the Michigan Animal Rescue League, where he is waiting to be adopted, shelter officials said. ``He's a very friendly cat,'' said Kayla Allen, the shelter's manager, who believes Tracker still is quite young. ``He's a healthy eater, loves to play and interacts well with other animals.'' Shelter officials are eager to find him a home as their facilities, like those around the state, are operating at capacity as a result of an increase in the number of homeless pets this year. ``It's been a bigger year for kittens and cats particularly,'' Verduin said as she pointed to a sign on one of the shelter's walls stating that one cat and its offspring can produce 420,000 cats in seven years.

  24. http://www.cnn.com/2003/LAW/12/26/toddlers...m.ap/index.html STAMFORD, Connecticut (AP) -- A 2-year-old model and actor who cut his head at a playground is seeking unspecified lost wages and other compensation from the city. Konrad Mader of Greenwich was running toward a treehouse at a playground November 4 when he crashed into a railing, according to a claim filed last week by his mother and reported Friday by The Advocate of Stamford. The blond toddler received several stitches. Deena Mader, the boy's mother, did not specify how much she is seeking on behalf of her son. In a letter to officials, she demanded compensation for medical bills, pain and suffering and a "lost wage amount due to his inability to audition or take modeling or commercial jobs while his head heals." Mader blamed the boy's injury on a green railing, which she said blends in with the landscaping. Mader said the railing should be painted a brighter color. "This accident was preventable had the railings and safety measures been correct at this park, " Mader wrote in her claim. Tom Cassone, the city's director of legal affairs, said his office is investigating the claim. Joe Falzone, a facilities manager in charge of maintaining city parks, said he is not aware of defects in the playground and there are no plans to make changes. The whole thing is so perverse, it's hilarious. Mommy and Daddy are using their little toddler as a model in order to make money, and now they're suing for his lost wages; it really seems that they view raising a child as a money-making experience.
