It actually puts Auburn and OU at a disadvantage, as last year showed. Things had a nice, tidy packaging to them until Oklahoma went and lost in the Big XII title game.

I'm torn on the impending Auburn/Tennessee rematch. You'd think I want Tennessee to win the conference and go to the Sugar Bowl (probably), but that would mean that the SEC's chance at a second national title in a row would be dashed. It would also mean them playing Miami or Virginia Tech, which worries me.

He's got Tennessee in the top 10, that's alls I care about. It's crap to drop Boise State and not Texas though. One team is supposed to be a preseason national title contender each year. Clue: It's not the team that plays on blue turf. Texas is just so horribly overrated each year.

I answer my phone like Barry Egan does in Punch-Drunk Love.

Sports Bar for me again tonight. HHH's team losing would have him in the spotlight just as much as them winning, because then he'd be the focus of each face that controlled Raw that week.

Packers/Vikings isn't until 4:15, but instead of getting to see what should be a great game between bitter divisional rivals, I get a CLASH OF THE TITANS~ when the unstoppable Carolina Panthers face the Immovable San Francisco 49ers. I hate living here during football season sometimes.
