Another question for you guys. With the FCC going crazy right now, how quick would WWE programming be pulled from the air waves with Russo in charge?

That put a smile on my face. Also the reason the sharpshooter usually looks like crap, because no one locks it in today.

They remind me of older guys I see at the bar all the time. The ones who still want to be "cool" and try to pick up girls and start fights with the younger crowd. The guys you want to walk up to and say, "Hey, quit hogging the pool table and dart board you old fucks. And leave that girl alone! She's only 22!"

You don't think the average fan looks at them as "real" world champions? A lot of fans look at Smackdown as the second rate show.

Angle definitively goes over Eddie every week until Mania when Eddie goes over clean. Oh My God. If it was the other way around you be screaming Angle's win would look weak because he was the "idiot" getting beat every week so his title win means less. Anyway, I hate this babyface gets arrested crap. I mean, they just did this lame bit with Bob Holly two months ago. Give Eddie and Angle something a little more original then this.

Screw all this Kurt Angle favoritism. Angle is already looked at as an establish main eventer and a former multiple world champion in many fans eyes. He doesn't need to be booked as a super human heel. He needs to be booked to put EDDIE GUERRERO over. Eddie is far from being a rookie and he is now a new world champion who the fans are getting use to. He needs to be built up to look like he's in the same league as the Triple H's, Angle's and Brock's and it's Kurt Angle's job to make him look like a legit WWE Champion. He needs to build Eddie up and, hopefully, put him over at Wrestlemania.

If anything, I think Eddie came off looking like the so-called "boob" by WWE repeating the same damn "wrestler gets arrested" storyline.

Those riffs aren't simple and certainly weren't simple in the 70's. Most, as in the case with many at that time, were blues riffs amped up which became known as hard rock which would later be taken to the next level and become metal. Bands from that era were still heavily influenced by rhythm & blues which gave it that "sloppy" boogie and swing to it, unlike the straight cut sound and style almost everyone plays today. That's the appeal. Erase the last 30 years of music from your brain and think about what was happening then and then you'll maybe be able to see how great Jimmy Page and Led Zeppelin were and why their still so influential.

Who else has been known to be too fucked up to perform over the years? Scantlin and Stapp obviously in recent history. Steven Tyler was known for this and even passed out and collapsed on stage a few times. The New York Dolls were experts at this and pretty much invented it. Who else, anyone actually see it in person, etc?

Fans at a Puddle of Mudd show in Toledo, Ohio, got a lot less than they bargained for Sunday night when frontman Wes Scantlin cut the band's set short, announced he was too wasted to play and eventually found himself in police custody facing a disorderly conduct charge. Those in attendance said that a scant four songs into the band's performance at Headliners club Scantlin's bandmates walked off the stage, leaving a stumbling, hostile Scantlin alone. According to concertgoers, Scantlin was, by his own admission to the crowd, "too f---ed up" to perform. Still, he remained onstage for half an hour after the band's departure, shouting insults and profanity at the audience and singing songs that he seemed to make up as he went along. Toledo's The Blade newspaper added that Scantlin was holding his guitar above his head and, because of his alcohol-induced unsteadiness, dropped it on the ground. After incurring the wrath of the crowd, which hurled flotsam and profanity toward the stage, Scantlin headed back to his dressing room, where he was arrested by Toledo police for disorderly conduct-intoxication, according to The Blade. Charges of criminal mischief and misconduct involving a public transportation system were reportedly added when Scantlin spit in the Toledo police cruiser en route to his booking. All three charges are misdemeanors. Scantlin was released on a cash bond of $150 and is scheduled to be arraigned in Toledo Municipal Court on Tuesday. This marks the second very public run-in with the law for Scantlin, who was arrested with his fiancée in March 2002 for the investigation of domestic violence. In the end he was not charged. I really hate when they book Lesnar to do a bunch of bearhugs/rest holds. I know they can make sense in a long match with Eddie, who is over enough to get the crowd going, but not against a Billy Gunn or Bob Holly. Brock should be destroying these guys and pounding them into the ground.
