I (legally) had some Vicodin a few months ago and didn't even get anything from them (they didn't help the pain, either). What a weak drug.
-
So are we too expect the usual stale Ross/Lawler team this Monday then?
-
If you do this the caller will call back twice as frequently as they already do, hoping that the phone line was disconnected. Saying "no thanks, please take me off your list" is the way to go, although the "I won a prize?" one could be pretty funny if you played it right.

This is a friendly debate I've been having as to which one the majority heterosexual males would rather see. The "rules" are that the girls might take it further and you might be able to join in, but you could also join the dogs (who are smoking cigars and drinking beer) in their friendly poker game. It's stupid, I know, but I need an answer!

Flair's "best friend", Triple H, isn't going to turn on him. Nope. That's not going to happen.
-
Is this segment seriously still happening?
-
So what's the story of this incident? I know about the sexual harrasment to the ring boy against Patterson in 92, but I have never heard of anything with Haynes.
-
Ok, I have a new phone after having a crappy one for three years. Unfortunetly I lost time and have no clue about phones or phone technology. I have a mp3 on my computer I'd like to use as my ringtone. How would one go about getting this accomplished?
-
I wasn't drunk and this post didn't happen....
-
Hey excuse me the sox are gonna blow it they suck without ortiz wow go sox though i hope they win common sox!!!
-
I have verizon. I have the mp3 on my computer, and I know that my friend had to go to some website to convert it to a ringtone and they sent it via text message, but I'm clueless as to how to go about doing that.

Congrats on getting drunk! Oh, and the engagment too.

Who will have the better 30 Min. Iron Man Match?
Angle-plex replied to Dangerous A's topic in The WWE Folder
Just like the amazing psychology of Angle vs Michaels at WrestleMania 21? -
I really didn't care for that episode last night. The yelling scenes were all over the top, and the temple thing built to nothing funny at all. The show is seemingly becoming a parody itself. Seasons 1-3 were amazing anyways.

What do you do when you get mad at a video game?
Angle-plex replied to Epic Reine's topic in Video Games
Talent. Actually I meant NFL 2k4, but you probably already knew that. -
Except that they can't even write storylines for four weeks without repeating them every other week. Remember the constant rematches during Cena/Jericho? Ugh.

I'm not bad at all anymore, but two years ago I was playing NHL 2k4 playoffs at my girlfriend's (at the time) apartment and I was dominating, and of course the computer goes crazy and catches up, resulting in an Overtime loss via fieldgoal. The whole thing was bullshit, so I picked up the case and through it across the room while screaming gibberish. The case proceeded to go in what seemed like a straight line, slow motion into a new glass ball thing her grandmother just gave her. I couldn't have thrown the case at it more perfectly if I tried. Needless to say she wasn't too please about it. -
If Hogan forgave HBK for the numerous sneak attacks and all of those prick comments just like that then I have to say that he's a pretty good person.

Hulk Hogan vs. Shawn Michaels - The match of politics! HBK lays down for nobody!....except Hunter, Angle, Flair, Jericho, Edge......Anyways, Hogan wins here because they are going to try to set up a "Best Ever" match with Austin at WM 22, which will be the REAL "politics" match. Can't wait to see how that one is booked. WINNER: Hulk Hogan WWE Champion John Cena © vs. Chris Jericho - Evil authority figure hires evil heel to take down the anti-authority thug face champion that has modified his WWE Title. Have I seen this before? WINNER: John Cena No Holds Barred World Champion Batista vs. JBL - I can't see JBL getting the win, although I couldn't imagine JBL: WWE Champion last year either. Plus it's Batista's hometown, so he'll probably lose, but I just CAN'T predict another JBL Title run. WINNER - Batista Matt Hardy vs. Edge - This won't be very good. If Matt Wins, the storylines over and he's gotten his revenge. Then what? If Edge wins, this thing continues, but Matt looks like a chump. WINNER - No Contest/Double DQ/Double Count Out Undertaker vs. Randy Orton - Easy one here. WINNER - Orton No Time Limit Eugene vs. Kurt Angle - Angle should win to end this "filler" storyline. WINNER - Angle Ladder Rey Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero - Is it just me, or can nobody else bring themselves to order a PPV with a "Custody of Dominik Ladder Match" on it? This match is all that's wrong with wrestling. WINNER - Rey, just to END this angle! US Champion Orlando Jordan vs. Chris Benoit - Don't care. Jordon is a jobber, looks like a jobber, and wrestles like a jobber. Benoit probably is thrilled about having an opportunity to be United States Champion. WINNER - Benoit OVERALL - Probably a pretty bad show. Hogan/HBK is all that interests me, and it won't be a good enough match to justify a PPV purchase.

HHH now is officially part of creative team
Angle-plex replied to Kurt Angle Mark's topic in The WWE Folder
Triple H on the writing team! Oh no! This means that we'll be seeing Triple H win the title numerous time within the next few years and challenge for the title at EVERY PPV too! Yeah....it's not going to get much worse. -
The only match where I remember he had to sell a specific body part for the story of the match was Backlash 2004 vs Flair, which is why I bring it up so much. I can provide ONE example of him not selling, you can't provide ANY examples of the opposite. Backlash vs Jericho was better than Taboo Tuesday, but it was still just a bunch of spots and nothing memorable at all. I honestly don't like the guys moveset that much, which may be a reason I'm not demanding a Shelton push right now. The guy has more negative traits than positive at this point in his career anyways, and I'd take Randy Orton: Main Eventer of Shelton any day of the week. I do want to see the match vs Benoit though. Anyone know the date?

Legally, Bret couldn't show up with the WWF belt on WCW television, and if he did, WWF could have sued and made a shit load of money. If Hogan was leaving WWF after Wrestlemania VII to go to WCW, should he have agreed to job the belt to Slaughter in the main event - knowing that if he did, his popularity in the States would plummet?
-
And could Bulldog have main evented a PPV in England after dissapointing everyone and letting everyone down after One Night Only? Bret assumed that WCW was trying to take over the Canadian market, and in an era where main eventers were more protected, Hart (playing a Canadian hero in an angle about Canada vs USA) jobbing and shouldn't have happend. Bret jobbing in Canada (especially to Michaels) would had hurt his ability to draw there because he would have let everyone down. I think that's the prime reason Vince wanted Bret to job; so that WCW (who was already ruling the USA) couldn't take over Canada too, a market WWF was still ahead in. It really was a shitty situation for everyone involved, and what happend in the end probably hurt everyone less than anything else that could have been done.

His series vs Christian was awful. You don't say WHY you like it anyways, but their best match was at Survivor Series 04 and it was a mess. The crowd not being into either guy hurt it, and they did nothing but follow normal "You do a bunch of moves, I'll do a bunch of moves, then we'll do the pin-two count-move-pin-two count-move-pin....". Nothing meant anything in ANY of their matches, which makes it hard to get into the match, and the fact that WWE gave us no reason to care about either of them made it even worse. The Benoit match I haven't seen, but four minutes? Doesn't seem like enough time was given to it to be calling it "The Bomb". The three way I haven't seen, but did it follow typical "one guy gets thrown of the ring while the other two fight" forumla? If so, I'll pass... The first Triple H match was memorable because of the shocking upset, but what did Shelton do in his performance for you to claim he's a great worker? He bumped good, but Hunter carried that match with HIS offense for the most part. You could have replace Shelton with any midcard face. And what about Shelton's recent series with Carlito including his series of badly botched spots? And his matches with Jericho? His match vs Flair which HE fucked up Flair's building of working on Shelton's leg? It's funny that Orton often gets shit on for his work, yet his match vs a fat, retired Mick Foley at Backlash 2004 was better than anything I've ever seen Shelton do.

Or maybe another evil authority figure with evil handpicked heel vs anti-authority thug babyface champion that may or may not create his own version of the WWE Title?
