  1. For me... 1) It'll be a toss-up for me. I like the Smackdown "look/branding" but I prefer Bischoff over Long, so probably Raw. 2) Christian 3) Christian and Ted DiBiase (I hope Legends can be used in GM Mode) 4) Probably any of the Hogan's, Shawn Michaels, etc. 5) I think I might just run a series of random matches in tourney style and see who comes out as champ.
  2. "Because ratings are based on samples, it is possible for shows to get 0.0 rating, despite having an audience; CNBC talk show McEnroe was one notable example." I think this is a bullshit practice. Good shows could get cancelled just because a majority of "sample" homes aren't watching it. Fuck, it'd probably be more reliable just to measure when the toilets get flushed.
  3. Passing the time, some GM Mode Q's: 1) What brand will you choose? 2) Who's going to be your first draft? 3) Who are you going to push the hell out of? 4) Who are you going to bury like a mofo? Now, I know I'm hyped for this game, this year. I barely even touched last year's thread because SvR2005 looked horrid to me.
  4. Yeah, I was thinking that too. I'm surprised that there isn't a graphic novel style series readily available through Amazon, etc. Sux!
  5. Anyone know where I can get the hardcover collections for Tales from the Crypt, Vault of Horror & The Haunt of Fear? I've checked ebay, but with no luck. All I know is that they're no doubt out of print. =\
  6. Tales from the Crypt Season 2, American Gothic the Complete Series.
  7. Yeah, because the angle that's replacing it is just GREAT, too, isn't it?

And you know this because? Oh that's right because you've probably only ever viewed him work the WWE-style...........

Doubt it. TNA's not going to waste money on licensing music from indy bands unless they were to offer it pro-bono as an almost free-advertisement type of deal. If anything, if he does come in, he'll get the generic MIDI music that everyone else does. =\
  10. It's owned by WWE. Christian Cage is now used by an OVW wrestler and it's probably got the WWE stamp on it now, as well.
  11. Right, like any angle with the Coach going over arguably one of the three biggest WWF/E stars in history isn't already a friggin' negative in and of itself.
  12. Also, am I the only one that noticed Vader just doesn't look as BIG as he used to be? I'm not talking about in a fat sense, but in an overall size sense. I remember him being this huge monster, but standing next to even the likes of Coach, he didn't look all that monsteriffic...

And coming straight to the main event wouldn't make sense since casual viewers did see him suffer those losses, even if none of those viewers care about the exact number. Christian should main event eventually if he goes to TNA but his perceived credibility has to be rebuilt first. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't get Smackdown. I didn't see any of those losses. Therefore I am fine with him being put into the main event upon arrival.
  14. Half? Try all. Also, if this chick is gone, then why is her bio still up on WWE.com?
  15. It was hilarious, but I kinda feel bad for the guy. Of all the times to slip up and fall flat on your ass - live tv, that's gotta suck.
  16. Normally even CityTV air Halloween movies... what did they air this year? Monday Night Football. Ooooh, scarrry. I was also at least expecting Gremlins from YTV but for some reason they were airing Inu Yasha.. wtf?

If you don't like TNA, then why the fuck are you in here?
  19. I'll believe it when Meltzer reports it! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Read the thread much?
  20. He should just use his real name. Kevin Nash made a good point about how promoters can't screw your over with trademarks if you use your birthname in the ring.
  21. Who says he didn't think it through? Who says money's an issue to him?
  22. Agreed. Plus, I'm all for anything that makes his family life easier. I can only imagine what it must be like to travel that much a year and barely get to see your wife and/or kids. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Doesn't he live in Florida? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Tampa, I believe. So, considering if he were to sign with TNA.. their tapings are in Orlando. Not a bad deal, IMO.
  23. If the Ross Report were still around, I have to wonder how JR would try to spin this...

  25. I don't recall anyone saying that. I see people saying that they hope he ends up in TNA, and that Christian looking out for himself and his own interests was a great career move. I guess wishful thinking on a message board is out of line around here now?
