The Ring Two isn't a remake. It's an original sequel to a remake... kind of like how Texas Chainsaw Massacre the Beginning is an originally written prequel to the remake. Speaking of which, how is the TCM remake not on that list? Talk about a pile of garbage. Also, I thought House of Wax wasn't a remake of the original and just some crappy flick that used the same name as the Vincent Price classic?

Wow, I wonder if Test is the former "World" (as in World Tag Team) Champion they were talking about? Also, wasn't there talk that he legally changed his name to Andrew Test Martin, and that's how he could use the name on the indy scene (prior to joining the new ECW)? Well on the plus side we can now get that boring ass double clone match between Lance Hoyt and Test that we've all been dreaming of for so, so many years.

I can't believe I still haven't bought a DVD of this movie. I still have the VHS sitting in my bookcase. One of the few VHS I have left, heh.

Didn't Capcom try that with a RE game? Survivors or something? Only they scrapped the online aspect of it? RE: No zombies. I really liked RE4, I really did. I guess I just prefer Zombies. Thats why I really liked Dead Rising, depite it's ridiculous difficulty. Are you talking about Resident Evil Outbreak (1 & 2) ?

Don't get me wrong, I love zombies, but I like the idea of having something different to fight a la RE 4. They're still relentless killing machines, but much more versatile and dangerous since they're not rotting and undead.

I was thinking the same thing, actually. I'm one of the few people that I know who actually likes Event Horizon, so I definitely dug the twist in this flick.

Have you played RE4? The controls aren't pointless - they're infinitely intuitive compared to the "regular" experience.

Looks interesting. I'm imagining it as a cross between Myst and Resident Evil, for some reason. Hopefully it's not too-too linear of an experience.

Yikes. I broke down and watched with a few friends last night... I gotta say... I want this game, but this game also NEEDS a Wii release. There's no way I can go back to the tired old controller to play this game.

Anyone else see this yet? I'm surprised that it hasn't had a wider release.. only four obscure theatres in all of Toronto are playing it right now... I went into this movie expecting something good.. what I got was something much more! This is sci-fi at it's best. Beautifully shot.. flawlessly executed.. not one weak performance from the cast OR crew, IMO. Simply amazing. Boyle directing and Garland writing just mesh together so well with the product that comes out on-screen. I have to say this is probably one of Cillian Murphy's best performances, that I've seen, and it also really shines a whole new light on Chris Evans as an actor.

Yeah I rarely ever play in regular tag team matches because of that. Most of my tag matches are tornado style. But it really doesn't bother me that much since I don't do any fantasy booking or anything like that.

I really hope Tommy Dreamer is a part of the final roster. Sandman and Dreamer would be a helluva fun tag team to play as.
