  1. Kevin Costner in Field of Dreams.
  2. If he is reinstated he'd be eligible in 2005. If the writers don't vote him in, that would mean he'd have to wait until 2007, since the Veterans only vote every other year.
  3. College Football will always leave someone unhappy. Even a playoff system has its flaws.
  4. 2GOLD is a sports writer. I demand he be disqualified.
  5. Does any team in the East try to score points?
  6. Yes but if you didn't have the BCS this year you'd have an outright national champ as USC would have wrapped it up with their win the in Rose Bowl as they are #1 in both polls. The BCS forces the coaches to vote out their #1 team. That's my biggest problem. Why is USC declared the National Champions, before the Sugar Bowl is even played? Something like 21 writers have changed their vote. That to be me is b.s. They have no idea what will happen in tomorrow's game.
  7. I got overly exited, thinking my opponent picked the Ravens.
  8. It's one year with a split champion. One year out of 6.
  9. Fuck the writers. Bunch of egomaniac assholes. Their the most biased and thin skinned group of people in the world. To think they don't have an agenda in voting, you're fooling yourself. They hate the fact the BCS essentially took away their power, and know hide behind the fake fascade of wanting a playoff. When the reality is they just want to be the ones who decide the National Champions.
  10. Dick Vitale
  11. Watch the first episode of Gilligan's Island.
  12. From what I've read, Missouri might be in serious trouble very soon. Belmont is the least of their problems.
  13. Two BCS conference teams. Georgia Tech and UCLA shouldn't even be bowl games to begin with.

  16. The writers, and coaches probably don't necessarily think USC, or LSU is better than OU. They just base there rankings on what happened recently. OU happened to lose at the end of the season. The worst possible, time to have your first loss.
  17. LSU lost at home to a 5 loss team, who lost to Iowa by 20 points in their bowl.
  18. I defy you to find one political commentator on either side who doesn't use sources friendly to his/her own argument. Franken at least does his research, and quite thoroughly. The credit really goes to the Kennedy School of Government Graduate students. Topic is really starting to sway out of hand. I'd still wish you would expand on this: From what I know. Mansoor Ijaz worked with the Clinton administration, in reguards to the Sudanese counterterrorism offer. It was at this time Sudan, offered Bin Laden. I'll leave it up to everyone to draw their own conclusions on the matter. Maybe not unbiased but what is really? There's also a new book out on the subject. townhall.com
  19. Notices there's plenty of Oil in Alaska.
  20. GO BUCKEYES.
  21. Ahman Green is the MVP for the Packers. There was about a 3 game stretch, where Favre did nothing, and Green carried the Packers offense.

  23. You're favorite player AS?
  24. Al Franken is a biased source in this matter. He of course, will find opinons from people who praise Clinton, and criticize the Republicans.
