Angel is the kind of show that I would pitch to Showtime. Showtime has original programming...and with how many devout Angel fans there are in the country...if a premium channel picked it up they would surely get some new subscribers. Plus...Angel on a premium channel means you could take it in some much darker directions. The only reason I mention it...is that I think Showtime should pick up Firefly as a series after the movie comes out. Angel has a much bigger following than Firefly...and it needs a home STAT.

They sucked him through a portal to "deal with him". No one ever said they would kill him...in fact...they may even like him for all we know. It really depends on how the senior partners really feel about Angel.

If it was Lindsey's apartment...and he doesn't live there anymore...they shouldn't have a problem. Eve had to have her own place for Wolfram and Hart purposes. As long as Lindsey has officially moved on from there the next time he pops up...they'll be OK.

I think this is a "lock a caveman and an astronaut in an empty room" kind of fight.

Astronauts are clearly smarter...and physically fit... But they don't have the survival instincts at the level of a caveman. Astronauts may be in shape...but their bodies aren't fine tuned for the hunt...like a caveman's is.

Why would they have weapons? The question isn't "who would win a war between cavemen and astronauts" It's who would win in a FIGHT.

If you like Seinfeld, you should like Curb Your Enthusiasm. I actually prefer it...and Seinfeld used to be my favorite show.

I love Have a Cigar...and Mother. With the exception of Learning to Fly...I'm not to keen on any of the post Waters Pink Floyd material. At least nothing that springs to mind.

Cavemen would clearly win. ...and people that don't like Buffy and Firefly scare me. I shudder to think what they'd list as their favorite shows.

I don't see any reason that all the cruisers on Smackdown shouldn't be in the match. Hell...the only reason Ultimo wanted in the WWE was to work Mania...and now there's a match where his inclusion is easy and obvious.

Chavo won't be in the match. The winner of the match will face Chavo for the title after the match.

I defy ANYONE to watch that Taker/HHH match and not fast forward. That match has been overrated since the moment it ended. For some reason everyone decided it was ***1/2 that night...and never bothered to watch it again. Well...I tried too. *Fast Forwards*

But...the second date...that IS beneficial to RoH isn't it? I mean...didn't they CHOOSE to do the same thing the day before Mania?

Even if a new promotion wanted to take the TNA guys after they fold...where would they run? They won't get on TV. The ppv model doesn't work...and they can't get on TV.

There won't be any competition for the WWE until they start doing big numbers on TV again, and someone decides to try new wrestling programming. If WWE were doing ratings in the 6s again...TNA would have been much more likely to find a TV deal than with the WWE doing ratings in the high 3s.

Yes. And with that...the wrestlers might as well keep getting paid and be locked in to staying in the States, where we can enjoy them more easily at indy events all over.

It's equally illogical to say that anyone else is coming to start a new promotion.
