This is one of my pet peeves. There isn't going to be another The Rock, or Stone Cold. If anything, Kennedy becomes famous, he will become the 1st Kennedy, not the 2nd "Rock". People need to stop expecting these young up and coming wrestlers to become the next Rock or Austin, and let them become their own superstar. Well, thats what I meant with the "well...almost" part. I know Kennedy won't be the next Rock. There will never be another Rock. But I do believe he will be the guy that is carrying the company in a year or two. As long as booking doesn't fuck him over.

But you didn't really. Jobbing by DQ because Zyon "tricked" you (which, I didn't really like) makes me (the reader) think that instead of Zyon getting a big win, it sets up Toxx vs. Zyon while Zyon is on a World Title chase. But thats just my opinion.

Why? He attacked him before the bell was rang, so the match wasn't taking place. To me, this puts Kennedy over big as a face when he returns. His "Misssssterrrrr Kennnnnedyyyyy" schtick will get him over as a face. I'm calling it now. Kennedy is the next Rock (well...almost).

THE MAIN EVENT - PURE RULES MATCH Landon "La Cucaracha" Maddix vs. "The Dean of Professional Wrestling" Jay Hawke --> As much as I marked out for Jay Hawke returning, from a wrestling fans point of view, this match seems rushed. Logical booking says you have to keep the World Champion strong, but with the return of Hawke and the beatdown by Blood and Thunder, I see Hawke stealing this victory. SWF CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH The Fabulous Jakey vs. Wildchild --> This is a hard match to predict. I would say WC on writing alone, but booking wise, it's a toss up. Another match that seems rushed. Jakey just won the title on the last show AND joined Revolution Zero, so I predict he pulls out the cheap victory to set up a rematch. SINGLES MATCH "The Beast" Gabriel Drake vs. Edward James --> Drake grounds and pounds to victory. SINGLES MATCH Johnny Dangerous vs. Jimmy the Doom --> Jimmy just lost the CW title and Johnny is one half of the tag champs. If Drea writes, she could take it. Otherwise, I go with Johnny. TAG TEAM MATCH Toxxic and Austin Sly vs. Insane Luchador and JRR --> Rev-0 with the victory.

I really liked the show. Too many handicap matches, but Landon/Blood+Thunder ended the way it should have. Congrats to Jakey for picking up the win. Jakey reminds me of me when Rev-0 first started and I had my long CW title reign. Hopefully the same happens for him. I like the new incarnation of Rev-0, hopefully Toxx can help motivate Sly like he helped me. Not really feeling the main event, but I guess it puts Toxx back in the title scene. Oh, and I marked out for Jay Hawke.

Fuck it. Put the title on Khali for a couple of months. Put Edge on Smackdown, put him over Taker and feud with Batista, Benoit, Hardy, and Rey Jr. Have a face Kennedy return at the rumble, win it, and beat Edge at Wrestlemania. Just do something new.

This is actually a interesting looking card. I may read this show.

I think thats the greatest idea ever. Except for the fact that the obvious outcome to this storyline would be him jobbing clean in his title match.
