Also didn't thrash Bruce within an inch of his life, force him to go to lengths he never imagined himself doing, taking up a gun, allying with criminals, make Gordon practically turn on him, etc. The main similarities are that he was a vigilante who killed, and at first his work was mistaken for Batman's; some similar concepts with vastly different execution. Ah, kind of forgot that they were doing both at around the same time.

Well, there's this wonderful invention called the "phone"... All "release" dates are typically the ship dates, and usually are right (especially Tuesday releases), so I expect it will be in. I'd still call to be sure, though.

According to today's Famitsu, the Japanese remake of Gyakuten Saiban for the DS (Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney in the US) will have a full English option to switch everything over to the US version of the game (complete with US logo, splash screens, etc.). If you can't wait til the US release (EB says Oct. 17), the Japanese one is out on Sept. 15. Of course, the Japanese one costs like $20 more, but still.
