I remember in 99(I think) there was some thing happeneing where someone was standing in the ring and then the lights would go out and there would be a static sound. A shadowy figure with long hair would run into the ring and lay out whoever was standing there then run away before the lights came back on. Did they ever reveal who the attacker was? Why did Shane Helms get such a huge push at the end of WCW?
