  1. I never really liked the SNES controller. But back then it was much better than the Genesis controller so I wasn't complaining. I never could properly hit the L button and do a Directional Pad movement at the same time on the SNES pad.
  2. Man I'd go postal after a few days of that.
  3. I think the fact that the letter says "SummerSlam live Aug. 25th from Nassau" is proof that it's from 2002 and it mentions The World in Time Square. Man people don't read things very closely do they?
  4. You mean a descrambler or whatever they're called?
  5. I stopped giving money to WWE awhile back and have no intentions on starting now.
  6. I just wanted to address this. Hitting B and X together is the same as trying to hit Circle and Square together on the Playstation controller. You can't do it properly on a Playstation controller either unless you turn your thumb on it's side and try to squeeze between the Triangle and X buttons without hitting them. You have to move your hand up and press the two buttons from above with your index and middle finger to do it accurately. Now granted on the Cube controller the A button will keep you from doing the side thumb technique, but then again the side thumb technique doesn't really work. Basically the only button combo I have not been able to do is the B and X. All controllers have button combos you can't do with complete accuracy. I cannot hit X and Triangle and Circle and Square together on a PS controller without lifting my hand up and pressing from above. I looked at my Cube controller and A, B, and X line up in a line kind of like A, B, and C did on a 6 Button controller. The tope line only has they Y button. So basically someone took out X and Z and made A bigger, but they're still lined up in a line. I can hit A and B, A and Y, and Y and X together on my Cube controller just fine. In fact I just tried it a second ago. To hit X and Y together just raise your thumb a little higher when pressing (which is no more work than determining which shoulder button you're going to press on the 4 Shoulder Button top of a PS2 controller. You just have to remember to do it and that will come with practice just like any controller) But maybe I just have fat thumbs that don't move very well?
  7. Thank you Damaramu. I don't know how I could even be considered a fanboy while others are being vicious about their choice and pushing opinion as fact. I've already said that I like the controllers for all three. My hand just fits to the cube controller so well that it's hard for me not to like and add on the shoulder button discussion I had and that's why I like my cube controller.
  8. Huh? It's a fact that Johnson is an Alabama fan and that he joined on that date and has that many posts and has that sig? Yeah that's a fact. Has Johnson even posted in this thread? Where did that come from anyway?
  9. Oh by the way, since I didn't want to edit my post again, the problematic shoulder buttons I was talking about was the SNES controller.
  10. Why not make block the Shoulder L and R buttons? They're right at your Index Fingertips for possibly the fastest reaction. That's one thing i love about the cube controller is that the shoulder buttons FINALLY feel comfortable (with the exception of the Z button, but it's usually the least used button anyway) The reason the shoulder buttons feel good is because the biggest problems with the shoulder buttons were that the L button was hard to push while using the direction pad at the same time without cramping your hand. Plus the distance from the direction pad to the L button was too close and made your hand position awkward. The cube controller has a little more distance and uses an Analog stick as it's major directional. With an analog stick you don't have to put as much pressure down with your thumb so it's easier to have a loose index finger for the L button. Therefore put the block button on one of the shoulder buttons where your index fingers should already be resting since it's the natural spot for them when holding the controller. How much faster can you get than that? My ONLY problem with the Playstation shoulder buttons is the fact that there are 4 of them and I get confused in the heat of battle as to which one I have my finger over sometimes, but that is easily remedied through practice. As I said before I love the Playstation controller and NEVER said it was a bad controller. Here's my problem with what I'm hearing from JOTW and Eric: Proven fact? How? Through this?: Last time I checked that CAN'T be proven because you cannot hook a cube controller to a PS2 and vice versa. Until it's physically proven it cannot be "proven fact" EDIT: (I realized the one that went here was a little out of context so I removed it, but moving on) Now I realize those aren't direct quotes from you, but it's the only thing I've seen so far that even resembles an attempt at making it a "proven fact" I'm not trying to be an ass. I have no problem with you, but you're being pretty rude about this whole thing. I have NEVER had a problem yet using the Cube controller. So either I have Super Double Jointed Hands (which I don't because I'm boarderline arthritic) or maybe just maybe what you're saying is only just OPINION no matter how loudly or brashly you proclaim it. I have no problem with the Playstation controller. Heck I have little problem with the X-Box controllers. I didn't like the old Xbox controller, but that one's a thing of the past. I'm not a bad person. If I had the money I'd probably have all three systems, but I don't have the money and the only reason I have a Gamecube is because after I traded in all my old video games at Game Crazy I found I would only end up paying $3.50 for the Cube with all the in store credit I had.
  11. Seeing the stuff some of ya'll are posting makes me feel old. Some of it is from when I was in my teens and I consider retro to be stuff from my childhood.
  12. Wow we're really getting off topic. I thought Marney did watch wrestling?
  13. I think the only question is what keywords do I use to get the most results when searching for those matches on Kazaa Lite? That's the only problem I run into is finding enough sources to download.
  14. I swore there was someone on this board once who said they weren't a wrestling fan at all.
  15. Geez they clipped that big time.
  16. Now we see why Rodney Mack doesn't talk on the mic.
  17. Whoa Ernie was making out there!
  18. Hey I saw a La Parka mask behind the announce booth.
  19. Since this is on cable will they show the Gowen footage unedited?
  20. The fans kept counting even after Kidman stopped punching.
  21. Why are they still talking like the Hardy/Gowen match is still happening? Is Hardy going to come out at SummerSlam and declare himself the winner?
  22. I thought it was really good and it's one of those movies you have to watch more than once to understand unless you pay close attention.
  23. What I guessed was the whole thing was a plot to weed out the drug dealers within the military and give that lady a try out for their organization.
  24. The Banky/Orion thing was set up on the last IZ. Banky took over IZ because he was suing the OAOAST so they gave him control. Orion blamed Banky for Friday Nightmare going under so he challenged Banky. Northstar = Shattered Dreams
  25. After seeing Warrior on C-Span he's looking really old now. He probably wouldn't look that great in the old makeup and outfit.
