This is sad. Why are we all bashing Downhome?

There are some idiots on this board, but in my opinion a lot of people get falsely accused be someone who won't even take the time to ask them what they mean or actually look at their other posts to see that they're not always negative. Seems to me the only people pissing anyone off or the ones who have to act all "I'm here to save you from your stupidity" high and mighty. I'm sick of this. Everyone's having fun until someone comes along on a mission to prove everyone on the board wrong like some hero saving the board from those dastardly opinionated people. The ones ruining the fun around here aren't the complainers its the people who think they have to cleanse the board.

My problem growing up is my older uptight brother and my conservative parents controlled the tv. So I never got to watch wrestling or more violent cartoons. My parents have broken out of their shell and opened up to more stuff nowdays. I wish they had then. I did however get to watch: Smurfs Bugs Bunny Cartoons In later years I watched tv by myself when my parents and brother weren't using it and managed to check out: TMNT Thundercats Captain N The Mario Brothers Cartoon/Live Action Show Nowdays my mom listens to Metallica and other stuff she never listened to and watches horror movies if they catch her attention. So if she was like that then I can only imagine what I would have got to watch.

Maybe the Angelus episodes, but the rest of the season has been a little scatterbrained on Angel. I've loved every minute of this season's Buffy.

Movies don't really scare me, but some have disturbed me to the point that I don't wanna think about them. Like: Basketcase: Just thinking of it disturbs me Event Horizon: Although upon second viewing it wasn't as disturbing. Maybe cause I prepared myself for the scenes in question. There was some movie I saw on HBO years ago set in the 1800's about someone doing strange expirements that ended in gross beings. One washed up on shore and some villagers found it. A couple of them went looking and found themselves in pitch black with pits all around them filled with these creatures. That scene bothered me cause of the though of being in that perdicament.

I thought it was okay. And Rob's mannerisms had me rolling. The whole hair whip thing was great. He's like a big monkey.

Or his speech to Buffy in "Afterlife" when he talked about how every night in his dreams he saved her and how he was crying earlier when he saw that Buffy was back fro the dead. I loved that scene. Almost brought a tear to my eye when he told her he saves her every night in his dreams.

I always viewed the reason he could hit her and not hurt was because deep inside he had no intent of hurting her. Remember in "Fool for Love" Spike said that if he didn't have the intent of hurting someone the chip wouldn't go off. Since it's in his brain and all.

Is that Law and Order Season 2? It just said Law and Order. Hunt for Red October: SE!!!! and Clear and Present Danger!

Thing about Spike is he attempted to rape her before he had a soul. Buffy sure forgave Angel for killing people she knew and hurting her friends when he got his soul back. And if Dawn's character is supposed to be so real then why don't they go a step further and have someone bitch slap her upside the head and tell her to grow up? Dawn was useless after Season 5 ended so the whining and complaining was made worse by the fact that she should have died at the end of Season 5.
