  1. Did he ever use the full "Hercules Hernandez" name in the WWF, or was that just in the Southern leagues? I don't remember him using the surname when he came to the WWF, but I might be wrong. He was Hercules Hernandez at WrestleMania 2 when he fought Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat.
  2. I should have specified. Making WrestleMania in a WRESTLING role.
  3. OK...going by the bio pages on WWE.com's Raw and Smackdown superstar sites respectively, I'm going to list all the WRESTLERS (not managers, announcers, authority figures, or valets) not going to be on WrestleMania this year...either by injury or something else. First, from Raw: Christopher Nowinski Gail Kim Ivory Jacqueline Jazz Johnny Blaze/Spade (whatever it is) Jon Heidenreich Lance Storm Lita Mark Henry Matt Hardy Maven Rico Rodney Mack Rosey Scott Steiner Spike Dudley Steven Richards Sylvan Grenier Test Trish Stratus The Hurricane Tommy Dreamer Val Venis William Regal Now, the Smackdown Side: A-Train Billy Gunn Chuck Palumbo Edge Hardcore Holly Johnny Stamboli Matt Morgan Nidia Orlando Jordan Paul London Rhyno Sakoda Sean O'Haire Shaniqua (?) And there you have it.
  4. Trust me...the Lesnar/Austin/Smackdown lockerroom situation comes off better when you see it than what they described. And I'm happy it was in Atlantic City and I went to work right after the show: I got Shelton Benjamin's autograph...as well as closed Room Service checks for Big Show, Shannon Moore, and Sable.
  5. Funniest thing... Everyone around me cheered Kenzo when he beat Billy Gunn. Atlantic City HATES Billy Gunn. ...though, we also marked for Horshu...
  6. JumpingJackFlash: Um...were you talking about thebigjig's point of Mania X-7 or mine on Mania X?
  7. Of course it is! I'm going there, it HAS to be. Besides...how many people thought that WrestleMania X would even be halfway as memorable as it was back when it was first coming around?
  8. Speaking of Herc, I was wondering... When did he drop the Hernandez part of his ring name, and was there a story behind it?
  9. Where was Rock Seven years ago with that whole Michaels losing his smile thing? He had just become Intercontinental Champion, and was ready to battle The Sultan at WrestleMania, that's where.
  10. Late 99, early 00 IIRC. She went by the name Ms. Madness first, then Mona. She wrestled barefooted. ^^
  11. Yes, it was. I THINK it was one of those "biker" PPVs (Hog/Road Wild) that it happened, but not sure. I just liked the term for some reason.
  12. Which WCW PPV was it where they kept talking about the "Sea Of Heads" as the audience?
  13. Oh, and for the record...even though most people say the event sucked... I marked for how Lord Alfred said "Avalanche" during the Bundy/Hogan cage match.
  14. ...huh...I thought Lord Alfred was dead... Shows how much I know.
  15. Evolution beatdown on Rock and Sock Connection. D'OH! Ignore that...read wrong.
  16. Cheer up guys, there's a positive to all this: Raw from JHawk's Beak will be a CLASSIC this time.
  17. Well, that settles that. Rock and Sock will win.
  18. We need Don Muraco to do a run-in.
  19. I don't care if Andy doesn't like Foley anymore... I'm just glad I get to see, at least ONCE, Foley wrestle a regular match.
  20. Hey, he went back to an older theme!
  21. The guys from Atlanta...bad fashion sense. THough I did semi-mark for the Wolfpack shirt.
  22. It's amazing how much Billy Graham THEN and Hulk Hogan NOW look alike.
  23. Well, that seals it. Jericho HAS to win now.
  24. SD! in Iraq...all the way back in December OK...before that then?
  25. Hoo boy...I get to see Austin live on Smackdown for the first time since...um... ...when WAS the last time Austin was "live" on Smackdown?
