Hey I trust most people's opinions here on video games so I wondered what people think about this game. I think it comes out tomorrow, but I'm sure some have already played this. I usually buy a college game one year and an NFL game the next. I really did not love NCAACF 2003, but I heard great things about 2004. Circuit City has a deal where you get a ten dollar gift card with the purchase of the game tomorrow, and I figured it will cost 49.99 for awhile so if I get it, I might as well tomorrow. So if anybody has played it or read any reviews I would appreciate the advice. Thanks.

The HS to pros jump also hurts in the fact that many of those players may not have shown their true ability by the time their first contract ran up, so teams have to gamble whether they are worth a max contract.

ESPN just said that the Cards are out of the Randy Johnson sweepstakes because they can't afford him. OPEN YOUR WALLETS! Actually, I am torn, the Cards want to slash some payroll the next few years. so they may have to hold onto some of their top prospects, especially if they are OF's that AZ wants as well as obvious pitching prospects.

I know Uncle Carl is a penny pincher, but Dunn & Pena are still the only viable options to play OF for an extended amount of time. And Wily Mo still has to learn how to hit right handers. Reds would be stupid to drop Dunn, he's the only Red to play in every game this year, and in the future I am sure he can transition over to first base.

Thanks Loss, I guess the argument of "Wrestler X making Wrestler Y better" or "Wrestler X using Wrestler Y to make himself look better" is subjective, but I did love how Flair would wrestle many different opponents at Clash's etc. At the same time I also think Bret's work in 94-95 with a variety of opponents was great too.

If I am the Cubs, I want to plunder more than just Nomar from the Red Sox, the Sox need Randy Johnson more than a possible rental of Garciaparra, and yet the Sox need the Cubs prospects to make the deal with AZ. Of course as a Cards fan I really do not want them to upgrade that much.

Loss, how would you rank some of those matches you listed? Just wondering because I have heard of half of them and only seen about a third of them. I heard that '84 match with Steamboat was pretty good.

I think the most interesting part of the Bret-Flair taking shots at each other is that both bring up so many points about what happens when the other was in a different fed. Were they together for what, about three years total? And yes, this thread is interesting on many varying levels.

I'll take Jim Thome, and I'll catch some of it. The real question is who will hit the most in the semi's and then not hit enough to win in the finals? Does anybody know how much tickets to these events costs? Isn't it pretty high?

Were Indains relievers in the game at the time though, because under normal circumstances the wave may be cursed, but this years Indians bullpen defies logic.
