  1. Who said it was? Do you have any idea what you're talking about?
  2. Well, because it wasn't. The only two matches that were like that were Psicosis/Mysterio and Benoit/Guerrero.
  3. ...We care about it because we want to see if there will be another one. Goddamn, you're a fucking retard. Edit: You're Kamehameha, aren't you?
  4. Hello, we care because if it ONS pulled a good buyrate, it probably means we'll get another ECW PPV.
  5. I'm pretty sure Royal Rumble is a major show.
  6. Hmm.. I wonder if Shawn put on the worst match of his career (felt like over 50 chops) as a homage to Flair.
  7. This is the worst Shawn Michaels match I've ever seen. It's nothing but chops so far.
  8. There's no way. They can't make money from running two seperate PPVs a month if they end the split.
  9. Did he say when he was coming back?
  10. What is it with professional wrestling and jesus?
  11. What do you mean, starting? The last time Smackdown was worth watching was probably in 2002.
  12. This is an easy one. Angle/HBK from last week.
  13. Marty. Followed by Dawn Marie.
  14. Who I want to win: RVD Who will win: Orton... or the Masterpiece
  15. Most reviews are positive. Look outside this board. And even here it's about half/half.
  16. What does Raw usually get?
  17. He sold it, then stopped, then sold, then stopped, then sold. He was never consistant at selling in his fucking career, although atleast in the past he would do alittle bit more with bobbling around on one leg. Watch it again and laugh as he switched legs at one point from the hurt one being 'hurt' to the ok one being 'hurt.' The entire room I was watching with erupted in laughter when Shawn got on his knees for an extended time. YOUR KNEE IS FUCKING ABOUT TO BE RIPPED OFF AT THE LIGAMENT DIPSHIT! Everyone knows the first rule of good wrestling is selling. You can make anything look decent with a good sell. I thought Angle was working the ankle. When did this happen? I watched the match twice and didn't catch it. No one else mentioned it. So if it happened, I'm guessing it wasn't that big of a deal.
  18. It did start going down in about August of 2000 for the reasons above, but there was still periods of greatness in the months to come like Angle winning the title, WMX7, Austin heel turn, Austin/Angle skits, and the summer of Benoit and Jericho in 2001. The invasion was the first time you can look at where everything started falling apart and nothing seemed to go right. Some of it was still entertaining like Jericho as the world champion, and nothing that year was as bad as when HHH came back and took the life out of WWE in 2002. But the start was definitely the invasion, the middle of 2001.
  19. Shawn's first pinfall came out of nowhere with the inside cradle. Right after both of Angle's two points, it went to commercial but when it came back Angle was still holding on to his ankle trying to make him submit. After Shawn pinned Angle with the SCM, he immediately slid outside the ring so Shawn couldn't pin him again.
  20. It really turned to shit after the ladder match, but the first half was amazing. A great iron man, a good ladder match (with a perfect ending), and a fun Austin segment is enough to make me forgive everything that happened afterwards.
  21. Thanks god eric saved us from that. We don't watch Smackdown for a reason. Edit: Oh no, hogan, bring back smackdown.
  22. Retards are actually bitching? I just went straight to the last page on the thread. This is the best raw in years.
  23. that was an awesome ending
  24. No, it didn't, at least not the first half of 2000. It's comical seeing HTQ ignore everyone who disagrees with him. How did this guy become a mod? Not everything you say is a fact. Most of what you say is actually pretty damn stupid. Fancolis is right of course, they should concentrate everything they have on this one show, because if it's great people will tune in next week to watch or tell their friends about it and get them interested in it. Saving things for PPV doesn't do shit when no one is watching Raw or paying attention to wrestling to know about it or care. The first step to get people watching PPVs is to get people watching Raw. Advertising the show as a super legends show is a good way to make that happen.
  25. I just turned it on. What was top 6-10?
