Those lot there are a weakness and I doubt you'll see the top half of the table with them in the team (you conceded Tarrico already). I don't see those players as weaknesses, to be honest. Gardner had a good season which saw him called up for the England squad, Jackson showed plenty of promise and became a fan favourite very quickly, Redknapp was great in the games he was fit for, especially at the end of the season and Brown is a good, battling midfielder.
