  1. Tht was fucking amazing. It was a backhander that he lifted off the ice and it was the goal of the year. This kid is insane.
  2. LMAO @ Radek Bonk. I love seeing him fail after seeing him fuck up the Sens for years with his bad play. Feel his wrath MTL.
  3. "Lonely Road of Faith" by Kid Rock - WWF History 2002 By far.
  4. Top 5 1. Bon Jovi, Bell Centre - Easily the best live show I've ever seen. 2. Lenny Kravitz, Corel Centre 3. Green Day, Corel Centre 4. Aerosmith, Corel Centre 5. Velvet Revolver, Corel Centre HM: The Trews at Oliver's in Carleton U, 3 Days Grace at the Corel Centre
  5. - Notre Dame/USC - Reasons already explained. - Ottawa/Toronto, October 9, 2005 - The game in Ottawa that went back and forth with each team coming back from 2 goal deficits and the Sens winning in a shootout. - Colts/Benglas - Balls out fun as two great offences trade knock out blows but eventually Peyton outlasts Carson. - NY Jets/Pittsburgh - Game of the year in the NFL playoffs this year, just to see the Jets tease their fans endlessly with a win but then...what else is new? - Agassi/Blake, US Open - Most fun I've had watching tennis since... - Federer/Safin, Aussie Open - Purely awesome battle between the two best in mens tennis. And a honorable mention goes to the, almost, equally great Hewitt/Roddick semi that was opposite to this one.
  6. "WWF World Champion Bret Hart & Owen Hart defeated WWF Tag Team Champions Ted Dibiase & IRS via disqualification" Wow I REALLY wanna see that match.
  7. Face it, Jake Roberts just will not die. Sad but true. My four: John Tenta Jim Neidhart Bam Bam Bigelow Lex Luger
  8. Saw it, loved it. Blew all 3 LOTR's out of the water.
  9. Looks like Bad Boys 2. But I'm a Miami Vice fan and I love action movies in general so I'll still see it.
  10. "Welcome To The Jungle" by Guns N Roses
  11. At this point you go with who deserves it instead of experience. There is no one who could realistically argue that Spezza shouldn't go. Him and Heatley are the best 1-2 punch in hockey and give them Thornton or Iginla or Nash and they'll be the best line in the Olympics.
  12. 1989 is really underrated. The Harts/Busters tag which is one of the best tag matches in WWE history, a surprisingly excellent Rude/Warrior IC title match, a very fun 6 man tag and nothing that was really bad. Solid and fun card up and down.
  13. Kevin Nash would be really funny as a color commentator. Him and Styles would be gold. But the best option is to pay Jesse whatever he wants and bring him back.
  14. As was Frankie Vally...
  15. I saw that, could've been worse though. That frustrated me. I've been a Lucky Luc fan since around 95 so I was saddened to see him scratched. Is he hurt? Today's game was really entertaining so it would make a good final. But you underestimate Ottawa's toughness. We're not as man to man tough as Philly or, even, Toronto but we're so much faster our speed negates the size advantage. And wiht Murray coaching, I have no fear of us backing down. Hell he calls players out in the local paper after wins, let alone losses. And sadly I missed that argument. Must've been a fun watch.
  16. Roenick is a good guy from what I hear and I like him. Just speaks his mind. I compare him to TO in the NFL, and yes I am a TO fan so it's a positive. And Avery does accomplish his goal but he needs to watch out, he's damn lucky McGratton got to him, not Chara. Won't argue that you heavily outplayed us in period 2 but Hasek played well. As good as we've been all year, it annoys me how often Ottawa takes periods off.
  17. For LA's sake thank god that didn't happen. Emery would've put LaBarbera in the hospital. Emery is a REALLY good fighter. Give him credit, he makes Roenick looks like a quiet, upstanding gentleman.
  18. This would have all been prevented if Andy had the nuts to dress a fucking enforcer. His no fighting shit is running thin when teams that are more physical than us can take runs at us all night and no one can put a stop to it. We wouldn't even been talking about this if he dressed an enforcer, because either Avery wouldn't have been on the ice at all and McGrattan would have squared off with the guy or Avery would have been out there with an enforcer and he would have had more help. I feel your pain. Jacques Martin was our coach for a long time. I found that funny. I kept thinking to myself "why is Norstrom of all people fighting?". I'd say Tucker is much less annoying and a bit more talented. But yes, very similar players.
  19. First of all, we are talking about Sean Avery, correct? The guy is stupider than shit and I wouldn't even expect him to know what was coming. Besides, Avery swung and missed Hasek, then he barely grazed him and knocked his mask off before being pounded on by 3 guys. What McGrattan did was payback, but he could have let Avery turn around so that he could give him a shot to the face instead of cross checking him in the back of the head. The game wouldn't have gotten so chippy towards the end if he would have called Avery out, and then with Avery saying no, drop the gloves and get him in the face a few times. In Nashville when Avery knew Hordichuk was coming, he turtled and got pounded on. The game was much, much more smoothly played afterwards. He didn't crosscheck him from behind. They were side by side and McGratton started punching him, Avery made no attempt to defend himself. You'd think Andy Murray would expect that though, even if Avery was too dumb too. Avery is like a poor man's Claude Lemieux, but much more annoying and less talented. I'm not blaming Conroy. I'm just saying that moment was scarier from a Sens fans perspective.
  20. is obviously incorrect. Avery's been a target all season and when Hordichuk pounced on him and pounded him, he deserved it. He knew Darcy was coming and turned his back to him. What McGrattan did was a little different. I respect Gleason for taking his asskicking from Chara and I respect Kelly from taking his asskicking from Cowan. That's how it's supposed to be done. I've never respected Hasek and I knew that this game was going to be rough from the get go. If you really have something to say to someone or if you want to hit him, don't hide behind your mask. Yes, Neil's hit was bad but Avery's trash talk made the situation worse. Don't know if camera's showed it or not but Avery was mouthing off and Neil had to be restrained before he got sent out. McGratton didn't want to fight fairly, his goal was to send a message. His job was done. Avery should've been ready, anyone could've seen that coming. And Hasek coming out is no excuse to punch him in the face. You want him to back off you shove him, you don't punch him in the face. And if you do punch him, you better expect payback. Although Conroy's skate meeting Hasek's face was scarier.
  21. I was at the game and Avery straight up punched Hasek in the face knocking his helmet off, he deserved to get his ass handed to him by McGratton. You don't take a shot at a goalie and get away with it. Plus Avery instigated the entire game and his mouth got Neil ejected. So if you're surprised that he was a target then you don't know hockey. Fun as hell game to watch live though.
  22. Oh my mistake. I was going off memory from what Heenan said.
  23. I thought it was Andre sticking his fist out, w/ Warrior running face-first into it. Considering the spot had Andre's arms tied in the ropes, that don't work too well with the fist.
  24. Wow them new-look Bruins are beating Ottawa 2-0... Real gut check time for the Sens as they're missing not only Redden but now Havlat for a few months.
