I was at the Monday Night Raw, two weeks after King of the Ring '99, where the Hardy Boys won the tag titles from the Acolytes out of nowhere. That was a nice little moment to see the new guys win the tag titles in their homestate.

I think the tournament will span all of the NWA's current territories. Extreme Canadian Championship Wrestling has a show June 16 which will feature a first-round match between Bryan Danielson and Nelson Creed. Regardless of who else is involved, Danielson has to be considered an early favorite. It would be a good move by the NWA to have him win it as well.

I think those look really good. Tag Team titles are probably my personal favorite.

They wrestled each other the night after the show I went to and they are set to face one another again on June 8 at TNA's second Hardcore War event in Philadelphia. Although live reports will be a little biased, seems like most people liked the match and they only had a problem with the finish.

I saw the Steiner Brothers reunion match a few months ago against Frankie Kazarian and Michael Shane in the UWF. While they certainly aren't the team they used to be, they can still hit all of their spots and entertain the fans. Personally, I thought Rick Steiner was in better shape than Scott Steiner.

Is Fight Sports Midwest an actual promotion or some type of off-shoot of NWA Mid-West? It certainly looks like they're headed in the right direction. Looks like a solid show. Hopefully the Mike Quackenbush storyline plays out, the start certainly caught my interest. ICWICWA? What a name. Haku vs. Homicide, that could be a train-wreck.

Probably had to replace any music they couldn't get the right to use on the pay-per-view. Hopefully, they won't make a habit out of not announcing the card for the pay-per-view shows.

Mixed reviews over at the RoH boards. Sounds like the matches were solid enough, but alot of fans were upset that B.J. Whitmer was inserted in the main event instead of Bryan Danielson. That whole altercation between Bryan Danielson and the No Remorse Corps seems a little odd to me. I can't help but feel that they threw it together at the last minute.

He's paired with Larry Sweeney and Chris Hero. He is a good mid-card act as a roid monkey personal trainer. He mostly beats up students and provides the enforcer role for Sweeney. Any guesses as to what matches could take place tonight?

I don't think you watched the same video that everyone else has. Here's another, lengthier fancam of what happened. It's a .flv file, because the original got taken down from YouTube. No way you can argue that Edge's music, or this whole scenario, didn't get a reaction. The place went nuts from the moment Edge's music hit to long after the match was over. Edge cashes in We'll see how it comes across on television. From what I heard, it didn't sound like much of a reaction.

I really hope that was sarcasm HTQ. I didn't hear much of a reaction for his music or his victory. It sounded like the guy holding the camera, someone sitting beside him, and a couple of other people were the only ones who reacted. Hardly "popped like a motherfucker" or "got over HUGE".

That answers my question. Thank you Flamboyance as well for your response. I wonder where they think this will go if it is successful? At the very end, Sapolsky doesn't seem that interested in weekly pay-per-views. Could we expect more six pay-per-view blocks? Monthly pay-per-views? Live pay-per-views? They seem to want to keep the promotion on a small scale, but if they also want to consider themselves a true alternative they should take every available measure to get their product to the masses.
