I would love to see Miami lose, but it isn't over until it's over.

Of course, Bischoff would punish that random heel by having him face...KANE!

If You Were A Wrestler, What Accomplishments
JustJoe2k5 replied to Dimensions's topic in General Wrestling
After I pass away, I would like to have John Cena place his cheap title belt on a piece of my merchandise in the middle of the ring...except I would like the WWE symbol to be adjusted correctly and not sideways. I would like to have a match that makes people remember why they're professional wrestling fans. I'd also like to have a Match of the Year candidate with Shelton Benjamin, I think it's criminal how toned-down WWE makes him work. -
Ring of Honor isn't donating any money? If that is true...that's pretty bad.

Smackdown Title situation updated

Who has said that Undertaker will ever lose at WrestleMania? He very well may finish his career as the only man to never be beaten at WrestleMania. -
I can't wait for the Carolina/Chicago game tomorrow. I think people are overrating the affect of the weather, looking at Chicago's forcast it has pretty much been the same around here in Carolina the past week. Chicago is also supposed to have double-digit wind speeds all week long...except for Sunday.

What exactly makes you think Kennedy or Lashley will be the ones to defeat the Undertaker? You can't say they deserve to end the streak more than Kane at 14, Triple H at X-7, or Randy Orton at 21. And I don't see Mr. Kennedy getting more over with time, his momentum is likely to run out by the end of this year. -
I wouldn't say there are bitter people on this board, I will say that there are alot of people who would rather die than criticize Ring of Honor. Someone says a RoH match goes sixty minutes, without any other details, and people call it a "Match of the Year Candidate". Samoa Joe makes an idiotic move in physically confronting a fan, and everyone says how cool it'll look on video. Ring of Honor is great, but alot of people here want to think it is perfect.

Wasn't it South Carolina that also had a bunch of players arrested over the offseason? Don't hear anything about that, just about Steve Spurrier.

I've seen this DVD at a local Wal-Mart a few times and I was wondering if anyone had some information about it. Looks pretty interesting and there is a list of matches included on the DVD, anyone know what show these matches are from? Is it worth a look?

Will he get the boot like Rhino? Wasn't it a similar situation that led to his release?

I also thought the reason behind the Triple X name was because they were three X-Division wrestlers. I think calling TNA for "copying" the use of "triple" is kind of petty. Do you expect them to say "xxx" everytime they refer to the team?

Perhaps we had the second edition of the plane ride from hell.

I think people want to see TNA build up another superstar they can call their own, instead of reverting back to bringing in older guys with name value. TNA likes to talk about A.J. Styles, but since him they haven't really created another great star. Monty Brown is viewed as someone who could be that next TNA-made star.

Captain Charisma was likely Christian's idea, because WWE wouldn't let him use it if they had any ownership in it. Triple X, never saw anything like that in WWE...maybe Kaientai. I don't believe WWE gave Raven any quotes he hadn't already made up on his own. Of course, you enter a TNA chat and you are likely to find diehard TNA fans. It is just a select few, so don't draw any conclusions about the rest of their fanbase.

Perhaps they told him he would be getting Guerrero's title shot, he got so excited that he went out and got drunk, started a fight with some sailors, was beaten up badly, "lost his smile", and was sent home because his name wasn't Shawn Michaels? Just a guess.

How exactly would you define strong style then? I see people hitting each other hard, dropping each other on their heads, and then no-selling everything like they're a God.

Until Owen Hart gets a tribute DVD, I think an Eddie Guerrero one is highly unlikely.

Hurricanes lead the Rangers 4-1 with eight minutes left in the game. Kevyn Adams has his first career hat trick and Eric Staal added yet another goal.

Millionaire's Club vs. New Blood. The concept was great, but you can't expect a company to work off of ten faces and fifty heels. The fact that the crowd was supposed to cheer for what was wrong with WCW, the older superstars who wouldn't give the new talent a chance, just made it that much worse.

Eddie Guerrero was lying, cheating, and stealing far earlier than his WWE days. I remember the short little encounter with Ric Flair where the Filthy Animals stole his Rolex and a few other items.

I listen to Colin Cowherd from time to time and the guy just seems to want to spark controversy whenever possible. I usually stick with Mike & Mike In the Morning for my sports talk.

If R. Kelly can videotape himself having sex with an underaged girl and still be accepted, then I don't see any reason why these Miami players should have any action taken against them. When you decide to commit to Miami, it is your obligation to become a prick. These players should be commended.

In my opinion, the Hurricanes are playing better hockey this year than they did the year of their Stanley Cup finals run. Hurricanes defeated the Senators 3-2 back in October and a few days ago defeated them 2-1 in Ottowa. The saddest part is that they hardly get any attention in the local newspapers while the struggling Bobcats are front page news.
-
Someone needs to let the Hurricanes know, because they've already defeated the Senators twice this year. It's a crime how many people in the media overlook the Hurricanes, they are off to a great start.
