If they mentioned Steve Corino getting injured, they would also have to mention that it was in a losing effort, and I wouldn't want to post a report of the World Champion not only getting injured, but getting beat by Homicide, who is a mid-card talent on MLW. It would really put Steve Corino's reign in question if a mid-card talent for MLW can beat him. I'm not dissing Homicide because I think his great, but while in Ring of Honor he would be considered a threat in the main event, he hasn't been in MLW long enough to be considered anything above mid-card.

Yeah, I probably wouldn't have gotten the show if they hadn't had Styles vs. Ki.

I wouldn't consider A.J. Styles vs. Low Ki as an out of nowhere great match. Pretty much everyone expected them to have a great match as their two previous matches in Ring of Honor were great.

That sucks, I've been a fan of IWA-MS ever since I saw Ted Petty Invitational '02. Sounds like the owner of the building is a real asshole for not letting them get their ring and everything.

I have to disagree with you about MLW, mainly because I see the weekly show and it is a really good product overall. They may not be the best when it comes to building feuds and matches, but when it comes time for the actual match they deliver. As for XPW, their in-ring product when they moved to Philly greatly improved, and the overall product improved as well. However, I agree that I don't like who runs it, but he has been absent from the shows for almost a year.

Yeah, it was a work, however, on the opposite side of the commotion another guy gets into the ring and is tackled by Homicide. I think that guy wasn't part of the riot, but it was still pretty fun to watch.

I don't really follow Japanese wrestling, but I do know about Hayabusa and I was wondering if there has been any update on his condition.

I never care about the finish of matches, as long as the wrestling is good the finish can suck for all I care. Styles and Raven have already had a really good match, hopefully we'll see some of the same tonight.

I already get a weekly UFC show on the Sunshine Network, don't watch it much though.

I just did sign up for the newsletter yesterday and am very impressed by the letter. I like how they let Michael Shane talk out of character in the interview, pretty insightful stuff. I'm definitely ordering the show this Wednesday, A.J. Styles vs. Raven and Michael Shane vs. Jerry Lynn are reason enough.

Damien is wrestling all over the west coast, as well as with MLW as Damien 666. He teams with Halloween, who was also a WCW Luchador, as Mexico's Most Wanted. I'm pretty sure all the others you listed are wrestling in Mexico and Japan.

What single elimination tournament?

1. C.M. Punk is a very good worker, and has already had some good matches with Raven. Add a cage and you have one very good hardcore brawl. 2. If they aren't listed, they most likely won't be there. 3. Field Of Honor is covered in a previous post. 4. Samoa Joe and Homicide work an American Strong-Style, and A.J. Styles and Jay Briscoe are both very crisp with their mat-work. Should be a very good wrestling match. 5. Mark Briscoe is alot like his brother, very crisp, but he is a little more of a high-flier. If Low Ki is his usual greatness, this match could be MOTN. Hope you take some extra money, RFVideo always have a booth setup where you can buy Ring Of Honor videos, Best of videos, or various other promotion's videos. If you could post a detailed review of the show here when you get back.

I'd rather see Vince Russo out there promoting A.J. Styles, than Vince McMahon promoting Sable.

Have Chavo Guerrero start following Eddie Guerrero around saying "I thought we were a tag team Eddie!" Have him come out of the trunk of all of Eddie's cars, and have him basically stalk Eddie.

I know a place where you can get CZW, RoH, XPW, and other Indepedent federation videos for just $10 each. They are recorded from master copies, but the quality is just as good.

Still, if you miss one week of TNA you can count on it that they'll cover just about every important aspect of it the very next show, whether it be an interview or video package. I ordered TNA fairly regularly from June 2002 to December 2002. Then, I kind of ran into a slump with money and couldn't purchase another show until March 2003. I didn't feel lost in the storylines or anything. Sort of like if I miss a Raw or Smackdown, I know the same storylines are going to be waiting for me next week.

My guess is a Backseat Boyz vs. Briscoe Bros. final.

A.J. Styles vs. Low Ki was great, not as good as some of their previous encounters but still better than anything else in wrestling that week.

If Brock Lesnar were to ever try the Shooting Star Press again it would probably be at SummerSlam against Kurt Angle. WWE using it in their Wrestlemania XX ads isn't helping people forget about it.
