For everyone's information, MLW has a TV deal with Sunshine TV out in Florida. They aren't HBO, but it works. DirecTV and Dish Network picks up MLW and a few channels in Texas. So thats some 3 million people or something, I dunno. So TNA DOES have a chance to get a TV deal. But maybe they dont have one because Russo is with them. Im sure every channel has a sports division and someone watches some kind of wrestling and once Russo says "I helped the WWF in 1998" someone might also say "But didn't you help kill WCW in 2000?" And BOOM, a lost TV deal. Its a scenario, but a likely one at that. Fucking Houston, 3rd largest city in the US and we dont get either TNA or MLW.

I think he is trying to say that you put the title on AJ Styles, American Dragon, Christopher Daniels, and Low Ki. And feud them with the midcarders. Feud Styles and Michael Shane. Feud Dragon and Xavier. And Daniels and Low Ki. You dont give the WWE title to Christian to get him over. In EWR terms, doing that would take the title prestige from 90 to 70 and then letting him defend cleanly for a few months (this guy has been a pussy heel for his whole career) and it could take the prestige back up to 80 or 85.

Goldberg was on for 30 seconds one RAW. And I remember one RAW where Austin was on screen for 7 minutes. And this was in 1999. Its one show. You could say the same thing about Russo and Jarrett, but at least Jarrett has branched off and is feuded with Legend and and Styles is feuding with D'Lo.
