Uh, yeah...That was the whole point. His powers were going away because in his mind he saw them as something keeping him from leading a normal life, he didn't really lose his powers...his mind was just shutting them down. I don't think that ever happened in the comic book. Plus I don't think it would really work since the powers are genetic and not mental. I don't think they come equipped with an on and off switch. Thi s isn't the comic book, it doesn't follow everything from them...and everything is mental, his powers are part of his body, and everything is controlled by your brain.

with all the Spider-Man 2 stuff on uesday I completely forgot about the show....well, I DLed and just watched it, another good episode....liked how they made it look like Matt was going to admit it at the end but still didn't. Should be interesting to see where things go...

Spider-Man 2 - 9/10

Just got back and I loved it, it's tied with X-2 as my favorite comic movie. Only one thing I would have changed about it I would have changed the order of the ending. I would have put the MJ weddig, MJ-Peter stuff first. Peter goes out as Spidey, does his tour around New York, everything's nice and shiny and it fades to black making everyone think the credits are about to roll on a happy note but they don't. Instead it fades back in to Harry's scene, Norman appears before him, he discovers the Goblin suit and glider. Go to close-up of the Goblin mask, fade to black, roll credits.... but other than that it was amazing...I think I may see it again this weekend.

Nah, they should start setting it up in part 3, introduce the black suit and have Parker get it then have it go over to Brock at the end setting up part 4. Can also use part 3 to build up the Parker-Brock relationship, one movie just wouldn't be enough for it all..plus part 3 should be the blow-off for the Spidey-Harry so they can move onto the Venom thing properly.

yeah, I can't seem to find it either...being half asleep probably isn't helping me though, heh edit: LoL, figures as soon as post I end up finding it, heh

The way I saw it at first was Willow and Tara were soul mates. It showed that true love had no bounds, that sex didn't matter....but then they went and made Willow a full blown lesbo which killed that, especially when they hooked her up with Kennedy, bleh.
